I thought I would take my elderly father with dementia for his first pedicure. I didn't tell him we were going or what to expect. He loved it so much, I am now taking him once a month and he always requests Chloe. She does a great job and it's amazing how much it helps him relax. read more

Attending my daughter's wedding this weekend. Had sage green in toes and was beautiful. When she did my nails in dip formula it came out awful pea green and nails were shaped terrible and dip was thick and made my hands look awful . I shouldn't have been charged for nails. Don't have time to get them redone. Will be hiding my hands read more

Great nail experience. Very clean, courteous and professional. It's a beautifully renovated salon. Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. Sometimes you have to wait but worth it in my opinion. My family and I are repeat customers. read more

Overpriced and overbooked. They say walk-ins are accepted.... Arrived before 5:00 pm for a pedicure which wasn't started until almost 6:30 pm. The manicurist stayed late to finish the job, but that could have easily been avoided by not accepting walk-ins when they're already overbooked. If I return, it will only after making an appointment. read more

So happy I found this gem while out visiting family. They open earlier than others nearby and I happened to be in the area and didn't want to wait around for others to opera. The gentleman that gave me a deluxe pedi and gel manicure was very nice and patient while I tried to decide on the right color. He was made sure the water was at a temperature that I was comfortable with. He was detail oriented and made sure I was happy with the outcome. My nails are short and weak, so gel polish was the way to go. They are reasonably priced and my nails look beautiful! The next time I'm visiting, I now know where I can go Thank you read more

I came in on a Friday for a pedicure and manicure with gel polish for my daughter's graduation the next day. I woke up and 4 out of 5 toes didn't have polish on them anymore. I ran up to the salon around 10 am that morning to have someone re-polish the missing nail polish expecting the staff to be understanding. However, the lady basically looked at me and told me to sit down and I would have to wait, basically acting like it was my fault that the polish was missing. After waiting 40 mins I asked the last for a refund in which she replied "I can't refund you for 4 toes". No but you can refund me for your horrible work. I walked out and will never return again. read more

Have only been to this salon 2 times for pedi, the second time I went I ended up catching MRSA and have had 2 trips to my family Dr and 1 time to the ER. I am starting my 5th round of antibiotics and it's still not healed, stay clear of this place. If I could give them a 1/2 star I would read more

If you're going to offer appointments make sure a technician is ready at appointment time. There is NO reason to wait 45 plus minutes after scheduled appointment time. That's terrible customer service. No apologies or money knocked off. You have lost a lot of customers for this reason. You have become a place about quantity not quality. DO BETTER . read more

This place provides horrible service and the staff is completely unprofessional and rude. I have only had bad experiences with them. This was a brand new set they put on and not one nail was straight or even. The polish looks as if a three year old did them. I called the next day to tell them about my service and the owner guaranteed me he would fix them. Not the case I went in and they refused to fix them or even take them off.My finger hurt so bad from the thickness and constant drilling and buffing. I would not recommend anyone supporting this business. read more

I have been here before with good results. Timely, efficient & friendly. But today was different. I was blocked at the door by a male employee that said we open at 10 & it was 9:35am. As I walked back to my car to wait,I watched as this same employee greeted & let a white lady in with a stroller. She signed in & was quickly ushered to a chair. I followed & signed in after this shady bit of overt racism. I am saddened by this experience. read more

I've been to this salon a couple of times and they either seem to be improving or i just get a different person each time. Each time i go, i have a better experience. It is nice and clean inside and most of the workers are friendly and speak english well. I went with my friend and the lady she had cut her cuticle by accident to the point where it bled a little and said said the lady did not seem remorseful. My lady's file accidentally touched my skin and she apologized right away, even though it didn't hurt or cause any damage. I personally have never been cut, so it must depend on who you get. I got acrylic nails but wanted them shorter this time so i got the square shape with rounded edges. A gel full set is a little pricey so i usually get the regular polish. The nails look fairly well, some of the nails are just a tiny bit crooked but it is not that noticeable. Would definitely continue to go to this salon. read more

Typical nail salon. It is clean. Very happy with my pedicure. The full Gel nail set was $40 about average. They are a tad crooked and i like them filed rounder. A little thick. .I'd say an 8 out of 10. I do really like the color she suggested and the accent nail is a nice touch. I would come back, but I'd probably request a different tech read more

I treat myself to pedi everyone in a while and I love this place my toes are super sensitive and the techs are very gentle with me. I once bumped my nails before they were dry and they redid them with any issue. definitely, recommend prices are on par with most salons. read more

The first time I went, Julia did an amazing job. She recommended dip with gel over and it stayed on perfectly. I have never had my gel/dip stay on so long! My nails held up better than the gel on my toes. I made another appointment and requested her again. My request was not honored I requested dip with gel over. This was not done. The NEXT day the clear coat on top started to peel by the end of day one nail had chipped. The following day I returned in the morning to have my nails fixed. I was told they didn't have time. I have gotten my nails done on and off throughout the years, and have always been able to get my nails fixed if there was an issue. I will never be back! Additionally, both times I have made an appointment I had to wait a significant amount of time after the appointment time. First time 50 minutes Second time 35 minutes What is the point of making an appointment???? And if I had to wait for my appointments, why couldn't I be fit in to have my nails fixed since you don't offer appointment times anyway read more

I have been going to this place on and off for the past few years. I like to try out new Nail Salons from time to time. Well today it was late, me and my husband had just got off of work and it was around 5:45/6ish when we decided to get my nails done and my husband to get a pedicure. We walked in and it was BUSY!!! people were everywhere and so were the nail technicians. I asked how long the wait was and we were told 30-45 minute wait. So I sat at the drying booth because all the seats in the waiting area were occupied which weren't that many seats to begin with and my husband sat in a massage chair. A few people left because of the wait but I wasn't complaining because that bumped us up in line. My husband got taken care of first which wasn't a big deal to me...the only thing that bugged me was that I didn't get in till 7:30. If you are that busy then say that you probably won't be able to get us in especially simce they close at 7. Instead of having us wait that long...I was just about to leave when they started doimg my husbands feet. But I finally got in and the Guy Andrew was real cool. I chose a red cat eye look on coffin shaped nails...I had to get a fill in. I had previously went to Vanity Nails in Elyria on West River Road about 2 to 3 weeks ago and they were fabulous. Andrew did a pretty good job he made all the cat eyes diffetent so I had variety and they are beautiful...but up close you can see some of his mistakes...I felt like he was rushinh because he was hungry and wanted to get home. I get it its been a long day and all and you worked hard...but I have to go home with nails that I know could be Better. I mean it wasn't a horrible experience but I also came at a time that I should have known would be busy...usually I go when they are first open...but this was last minute spur of the moment decision. But all in all I love my nails and I'll still go back to them. Just next time if I get Andrew I'll come earlier in the day and make sure to bring him his Steak lol. read more

I went to get my nails done yesterday. I called before hand to make sure that they accepted walk-ins. I got a really nice guy, and he took care of me very well. I was in town helping my sister recover from back surgery and decided to get a manicure and pedicure with my daughter at Eva Nails. This was my first time at this salon and I was not impressed. Mind you, I had many options and chose Eva. My nail tech was pretty rude. I asked her to even out my toenails and she said no, that they were already short - no they are not! Then she was annoyed when I was trying to decide between gel or powder dip for my manicure. I opted for dip. She barely prepped my nails, started to dip them in powder when I asked her if she was going to push back and clip my cuticles. She said it's not included, and it would cost extra. Really? A manicure that doesn't include this basic service!! Then I notice the glue and 1st dip power was coming off one of my nails. I brought it to her attention when she very rudely said "I know ma'am I see everything" I just let it go and paid. $145 for a mani-pedi for me and I also paid for my daughters pedi. Needless to say, the nail that I brought to ger attention looks terrible. Once I'm back home I'll just go and have it all redone. I do not recommend EVA nails at all. Very costly compared to most other salons. Bad customer service and nail techs that hate their job. You have many better options in the area. read more

I've tried this place twice. First time I took my nieces in for pedicures. They were 4 and 6 years old and I was charged full price even though they just wanted their toes painted. Second time was for dip acrylic. Color was nothing like sample. One week later they are peeling, cracking, breaking. I've had these done at other salons and it takes almost 90 minutes I was out of there in less than an hour. She definitely didn't take her time. Didn't even have me wash my hands/nails after soak off and filing before applying new dip. read more

Poor poor poor as in rushed service with plenty of money spent!!! Rushed to no end and soooo unhappy with this management!! Shame on them and their style of service!! They run things like a puppy mill all to make a quick dollar not caring about customer!! read more

I've tried this place on various occasions for both spa pedis and gel manicures. The staff are generally not friendly and are not open to hearing how you like your services performed. (Services being done TO you, paid BY you, and you have to live w - hmmm.) They've cut the cuticles on my hands and feet to the point of bleeding. I've had ok techs and awful ones, either way, no one seems to care. I will not go back and would not recommend to anyone. read more

I absolutely LOVE this nail spot! It's become my regular place to go, after floating around for a bit. Love the chandelier inside. Their waiting area could be a bit bigger, they only have like 4 chairs. Pedicure massage chairs are awesome. Would love a bigger selection of nail polish to choose from. The wait usually isn't long - but I would recommend booking ahead around the holidays. read more

POOR SERVICE AND OVER CHARGED.I found this place when I moved back to the Westside and was happy because it was so close to my house. The last couple of times I've gone my acrylic nails have lifted.. and then this past time I went I came in and had my acrylic nails removed because I ended up getting a fungus due to the lifting. I requested to have a gel manicure with chrome powder on top. While receiving that service the girl put the wrong adhesive on the nail and it had to be done over. Instead of re doing my nails it was half assed wiped off and done over in ten minutes by two women that worked there. By the next morning they had all lifted and what was left over was the black gel polish. I was charged 58$ for this service by the way which I thought was too much. Acrylic nail removal followed by gel polish and chrome glitter. I won't be going here again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

This was my first AND LAST time here. Gel mani was ok. Pedicure was very painful! Not at all relaxing. After yelping in pain, the nail tech asked me if it hurt. I told him yes! I get a pedicure every 2 weeks and I have never had an experience like this! read more

I have been to this place several times - I was a little uneasy in that it seems as though none of their tools are every cleaned. The nail files they use on my nails is obviously used on several people before me. I wiped down the table I was sitting at, it was pretty dirty- along with the UV light. The staff is not that friendly. And don't bother setting up an appointment - I waited over 45 min after my apt time and ended up walking out. read more

Worst service I have ever experienced .Manager An workers showed no customer service skills. They were very rude an impatient. They talked to me like I was not a paying customer.
