I called them out about two years ago as I had a clogged drain going into the septic. For some…read morereason, there's a sewer pipe and a separate drain for the sinks. I noticed water bubbling up near the house, dug it out and discovered that had been made as an access point in the cast iron pipe and the previous owner had simply wrapped it in plastic to keep the dirt out. That worked fine until the line clogged and had no where to go but out the plastic covering that hole. Since the property slopes, it had about a 12-foot drop to get a little pressure going. Called them out and they came out that afternoon. They backed their truck up to the side yard and went at it. They snaked it and charged by the rod used. Very reasonable. I was afraid it was going to be an arm and a leg. Nice guy. I told him I put yeast down the toilet and asked his opinion. Yeah, that's a good idea.

We had water leaking through our downstairs ceiling. I called Watson and they came pretty quickly…read more The problem was soon identified as a leak in the dishwasher which they could not fix. Stupid me, I then asked if they could replace the faucet set in my downstairs bathroom. Shouldn't be much of a problem I thought. Five and a half hours later he finally left. Everything went wrong. We were billed for 6.5 hours at 160.00 per hour. I had left after 4 hours and was told that there just need to be one more small thing fixed - which took 2 more hours. What happened: 1. He did not have the proper tool to remove the original faucet so he took between 45 minutes and an hour to do what should have taken about 1 minute. 2. He did not have the proper tool to clamp some part so he called an associate to bring it. How much time - I don't know but probably about an hour. 3. I told my wife to pay when the work was finished. The plumber took about 30 minutes to fill out and invoice and we were charged for that time. 4. I contacted Mr. Watson to find out if he could make an adjustment to the bill. He said he would work something out but never got back with me. Subsequent call never found him in. 5. I went to the business and talked with Mrs. Watson had the paperwork on his desk. I called her again later and got the same story. 6. They have never contacted me about my complaint.

Right away I decided to have it emptied. I called these people out and stupid me didn't read the review. The owner Taylor a theft didn't empty my septic tank because I was connected to city sewer and the health department report said I was on septic. This theft dug up my property a few feet and decided he would charge me $250 for nothing. I now in return has to replace new grass and pay this low life for a worthless low down service. I was told he shouldn't have charge me more than a service call which was $75. But I know its done already and he can trust and believe he can never get me recommend. I will find away to upload the photo of the receipt so you could read it yourself that he did nothing absolutely .. I can honestly encourage people please read review and listen. It's actual what suppose to be customer experienced.. Else don't write a review after the fact.. if they had a zero that what. I would give them

Another Update for Google and Yelp 8/19/26: Technician…read morefinally showed @11:20am on 8/19/26. Tech called and asked how I was doing and my reply was awful and he proceeds to say that's good. Finally fixed but just waiting for the next outage on this terrible service. Reliable should be called NotReliable. My mother's unit stopped about 3 weeks ago and it took a week and my grandsons great great grandmother's unit went out as well and they won't arrive to her for almost two weeks for repairs. Both were purchased through Reliable so pleeeeeeeease BEWARE. They don't deserve ANY star for their services and customer etiquette is non existent. Another Update: August 17, 2026 My AC has completely gone on out me on yesterday with health issues, an elderly parent in their 80's here, and a toddler grandson. Reliable states that I'm in a rural area and although the feel is like 110 degrees outside, my thermostat reads 98 degrees, we have nowhere to go. All representatives I speak to advises that we're suppose to wait from Sunday Morning on August 16, 2026 until Wednesday August 19th from 8am-12pm to actually breathe. It's okay for us to pass away from heat exhaustion in our home but illegal by law if in a vehicle. Ive politely begged to speak to someone higher and was not allowed. I've called 3 times with no real resolution for this dire situation for my elderly parent and toddler grandson. I also work from home. BEWARE, DO NOT get fooled. I was also advised that I'm in a rural area but keep in mind that they sent a technician out to get me to buy this awful service in that same rural area the very next day with no problem whatsoever. If heat exhaustion occurs, I must sue. I pay on time each month and get regular scheduled maintenance in which they recently completed. Update: Received a call from them after the review stating someone will be out to fix the ventilation in the rooms and their insurance will get back with me soon. 1:30pm Worst service I have ever seen. Spoke with someone almost two weeks after my system installation due to the system being put in my home improperly and flooding my floors walls and ceilings and no one has reached out to me to assist with any accommodations other than a restoration service. I have loud dehumidifiers hooked up to increase my electric bill (not on a generator), I work from home so the noise is a problem, no type of compensation for this huge inconvenience to come home to after returning from a trip to see my home like this with children, hardly any air coming through the vents in my children rooms causing it to be extremely hot during the day and night, and no responses via email from the one point of contact I was given 5 days ago. Floors coming up in bedrooms and hall floor with odors of mold and my kids and I have terrible allergies. I have never seen such worst customer etiquette in my life. I thought I would have cool air in every room and to move in to my next renovation project when returning home. My floors just have never been right since the flood to my home.

The couple come across as very nice people but are very unprofessional. They had to use our electricity because they couldn't get their generator to work. They charged our company card with the wife's inflatable business CC account so the charge comes up on my credit card statement as the inflatable business not OH No! Backflow. A couple of our valves failed so they gave us an insane repair quote of around $15,000. We got a second opinion for the repair quote and ended up paying $2,800 with CALCO. Oh No! Backflow said that they submitted the reports to the City of Griffin, but here we are 4 months later and the City still has not received them. We have requested a copy of the report multiple times from them for our records and still have not received them either. So basically we paid for nothing because we have zero reports to submit for the city. If you need a great company to service your backflow needs. I would highly recommend CALCO. **Response to Oh No! Backflow's response*** You were not called out on a Saturday. 4/30/2026 was a Thursday during normal business hours. Yes, you had to pump out our vault and we were charged for it as to be expected. You also used our electricity to pump the vault out because your generator did not work. You had said that if you came back out to perform the repairs you would do it on a Saturday so that it did not disrupt our production, but as I said your testing was done on a Thursday during normal business hours. As I said in my review, the City of Griffin still maintains this morning that they never received your reports. I don't know whether that was a system error or an error on your part.

Afterwards, the technicians did a poor job cleaning up, failing to at least reattach the hose used to gauge the incoming pressure, a small detail, but goes to attention to detail or lack thereof. And while I did not expect any landscaping work, the attached photo shows the haphazard work done to my lawn. Last, I was never told what is the current incoming pressure and not sure if there are any leaks occurring underground at the installation points and will not know unless I did up the work myself.

After the same mechanic was sent back out, I asked if the crooked install would have any impact at all and he said, "a crooked valve wouldn't affect the motor" but if you ask anyone else they say it absolutely does. Additionally he said the motor sounded bad the previous visit, but because it "still pumped water through" he ignored it. Left with his friend not being able to do anything except suggest we find our warranty and they'd come back for the install, HOWEVER for a company that was initially called as a SECOND OPINION no work whatsoever immediately needed & now two months later having to deal with more issues every time they leave is tiresome and frustrating. Not to mention this is the first company I've seen come work in these conditions with no shoe-booties, gloves, and dealing with sewage water carrying old dripping parts through the house until I provided him a bag. Then wants to shake hands after working in the contaminated waters, I understand practice makes progress but not at the expense of others day to day lives.
