Ben has come to my rescue when I needed something done in a pinch and has worked some very long hours when required. Ben doesn't cut corners and works extremely hard to develop loyal and happy customers. He manages his teams fairly and professionally and understands that his staff represent him as a person as well as his company. I've gotten to know Ben and his lovely family fairly well over the past years and hold him in high regard. I respect him and know that if something doesn't go as planned, as that does happen from time to time with all companies, I trust that Ben will do all in his power to make it right and that is what counts! I count myself lucky to have been introduced to him by another trusted landlord.
