He painted 3 decks, built and replaced 2 backyard gates, painted house stucco and garage siding, found a door for my garage door, widened the frame and installed it, painted and stained backyard fences, repaired and painted a concrete step, repaired an outside chimney with mesh and concrete, painted a wrought iron railing and repaired and solidified fences...as well as some interior work...all within 2 weeks. He was hired to to paint a hallway, living-room and vaulted ceilings, and paint he did. He cut in two coats and only rolled the walls once. Very evident because if he had painted twice how in the world would he miss the same spots twice. He left navy blue paint on my hardwood, risers and railings. Slapped paint on the baseboards and hit the walls while doing it. He was ignorant and condescending to myself, daughter and son in law. Outstanding Renovation Experience with Can Do More! I…read morerecently had the pleasure of working with Can Do More Renovations on a home project, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and truly committed to delivering high-quality results. After a terrible experience with a previous contracting company, I was understandably nervous--but Can Do More quickly put my mind at ease. A huge shoutout to Kadeem, Russ, Chad, and Lauren and all the subcontracted trades --each of them brought something special to the table. Kadeem was reassuring and supportive right from the start. Russ was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me visualize my ideas in person. Lauren was a joy to work with--organized, responsive, and always on top of the details. Having a dedicated project manager and a schedule (which they actually stuck to!) made the entire process collaborative and stress-free. They listened to my ideas, respected my budget, and made sure the final result exceeded my expectations. Chad, the owner, was always available to answer questions about payments and kept everything transparent and easy to understand. All the subcontracting teams were punctual, respectful, and kept my home as tidy as possible during their work. Thank you all for making my vision a reality! I've already recommended Can Do More to my neighbours and friends, and I'll absolutely be using them again for my next set of priorities--hopefully in 2026.

Last summer Dave and his crew painted our house and garage in a couple of days. We had older vinyl…read moresiding that was discolouring and blotchy (not to mention a kind of ugly colour). With the special paint for vinyl siding that Spray-Net uses they made our siding look brand new. The crew that taped off the windows, doors, etc. did an incredible job ensuring the masking tape was laid with precision along the exact line separating what should and should not be painted. Without exaggeration, I could not have done a better job myself, they taped off the house like it was their own. The painter that sprayed our house and garage was a true craftsman paying very close attention to every detail. In the end he took me around the entire house and garage with a touch up brush pointing out the most likely places for tiny missed spots: there were very few and he touched each one up flawlessly. Dave is one of the few contractors we have used that gave a clear quote, time lines and dates that were honoured and results as advertised. It has been over a year now and the paint still looks great, we have not had any problems at all with the paint.
