I was skeptical but he reassured me it was completely free and I did not have to commit to anything if I didn't want to. After about five minutes, he came back to me and told me a pretty fair price considering I have 11 windows and he was going to do the inside of the windows, outside of the windows, and window screens. I agreed and he said he could complete the job right then since Alex is creating a clientele. It took about 2 hours which is very efficient given that he was by himself. Alex is very kind and talked through the prices to make sure that I knew and agreed. Customer Service: 5/5 Alex is very kind and communicates what the expectations are in a clear manner. Service Provided: 5/5 my windows have never looked better and he does businesses as well! Value: 5/5 it depends on how big the window is, how many windows there are, how accessible the windows are (first floor vs second floor windows), and how long he thinks the job is going to take, but they are very fair and reasonable prices.
