First of all, I love Master Crafter Tile & Bath! Andy and Alex are amazing!…read more I'll start by saying when I looked to do this remodel for my dad's bathroom I had a few companies that responded with similar and reasonable quotes... but I just really liked Andy. He seemed to be down to earth and honestly was the first one to reach out to me and was at my house on the same day giving a quote. Andy and Alex are fair priced, punctual, knowledgeable, clean (as clean as one can be during construction), respectful, creative and all-around great guys. They communicated everything (timing, cost, start, finish). They worked hard (even thru the weekend), stayed on schedule and they completed the project one day earlier than thought. How refreshing! Alex did a great job with his creativity in blending some of the floor material with the shower tile to break it up and give it some character. I appreciated his ideas. During the construction I was worried about our two fur babies, very curious cats. You know they get into everything. I was pleased as a pet owner, the crew made sure the cats did not escape. After I had paid and the project was essentially by definition done, but not 100%. I could've done the final touches (shower rod, touch up painting, cabinet knobs, sealing the new tile).... But Andy did return to finish and complete all of it. He also took out an extra 15 minutes of his day to install a new fan I bought for my bedroom at no cost, just being a nice guy. Thanks for going above and beyond! I've been ghosted by so many companies... after the job is done and they've been paid, all of the sudden it's like they don't know you. To say I'm beyond satisfied is an understatement!! I recently had a horrible experience with a large company and was completely put off so finding someone that I respected and liked, was very important to me. And honestly I'd rather give my money to a local small business anyway. I will be using their services in the future for any projects that I might have. It's hard to find companies these days that truly care, do things the right way, in a nice way and without being preyed upon financially. Again, REFRESHING! Thank you, Andy and Alex for making this remodel experience a good one. I can't wait to see my dad's reaction to his new and safe bathroom space. Andy, the owner, consulted with us throughout the remodel. In addition to the remodel, we had extra ceiling lights installed and, as can be seen in one set of photos below, where the previous owner had an out-of-place Greek column covering support studs, Andy recommended we just seal the area with drywall, which we did. My wife and I could not be happier. The job was completed in a timely and professional manner and we could not be more pleased with the final product. We highly recommend the company and now we are going to have them remodel our kitchen too.

I had been searching for over a year for someone to rebuild my old fashioned kitchen drawers &…read moreinstall with "soft close" slides before I found Lujan Cabinets. Roy responded quickly and provided an estimate the next day. Within a couple of days, I had scheduled the installation with Luis - the installation manager. Luis came by a few days later to verify the measurements & remove the existing drawer "faces". He then built the new drawers & spray painted them with several coats of customer supplied paint. On installation day, Luis & his helper showed up on time and made "short work" of installing the drawers, hardware & reattaching the "faces". They cleaned up what little mess they made and invited me to inspect the finished product. It was exactly what I had been wanting for the last year. I highly recommend Lujan Cabinets, Roy & Luis.

I paid for the…read more"professional" installation and the owner himself was the one that came to install the roman shades. The problem is that when he left and upon inspection, there are drywall chips around the windows. Now the windows themselves have to be repaired. I have never been so furious about paying as much as I did for shades and "professional installation" to have my windows look so horrible. I would expect better and more careful service. So yes, you can expect the blinds and drapes to look great, but also expect to repair the drywall to your windows when they are done.

The owner showed up Sunday without my permission and wouldn't not leave. He was ringing my doorbell non stop until I answered. He was asking me numerous times to remove the review. Oddly enough today, I am getting a bunch of random calls and texts about a home remodel. I suspect the owner is putting my phone number on several websites to spam me with calls and texts. I will be calling the police to discuss my options and contacting Yelp directly. The estimator never showed up and called me last second to reschedule. I drove from work to meet them and was a no show. My time is valuable too. I work Monday through Friday and have to take time off for estimates or projects.

Tori was very friendly and spent quite bit of time with us going over what they have. It was a bit overwhelming and my head was swimming by the time we left 90 minutes later. My advice would be to educate yourself a bit before visiting the store. I think Tori's suggestions would be more valuable if you have a base of knowledge to start. The window treatments don't really have names, they have styles, So it is hard to remember or identify the ones you like because there is no name to associate with them. I think we need to do more basic research before deciding to buy from this company.

They didn't rush the job and made sure everything was done right. On top of that, they offer a great selection of high-quality, beautiful quartz, quartzite and granite at their showroom.
