Really disappointing experience. I bought a product here and found out it was broken almost immediately after getting out of the shop. When I came back to explain the issue and ask for help, instead of trying to sort it out professionally, the angry Scottish asshole I spoke to became rude, dismissive, and told us to leave the shop.he said he will rong the gards on us for just wanting a refund
What should have been a simple customer service conversation turned into an uncomfortable argument. If a business sells faulty products, the least customers should expect is respectful treatment and a fair attempt to fix the problem. Definitely not the kind of service I'd return for. read more
