I found a large selection of gluten free cereals and breads, a luxury I didn't expect in Ireland (so far I've been proven wrong- many businesses are gluten-aware and happy to help). The produce was local and fresh, the staff helpful and the selection more than decent. The layout is a little confusing. We entered from the parking lot and found ourselves in the checkout lines, while the bread and produce are downstairs via a ramp, with a matching ramp leading up into the mall. Pricing is reasonable and the store does a good job of highlighting local food. I will be going back!
