As travelers, we were unsure where to get groceries, but Tesco does a great job of catering to a variety of demographics. I found a large selection of gluten free cereals and breads, a luxury I didn't expect in Ireland (so far I've been proven wrong- many businesses are gluten-aware and happy to help). The produce was local and fresh, the staff helpful and the selection more than decent. The layout is a little confusing. We entered from the parking lot and found ourselves in the checkout lines, while the bread and produce are downstairs via a ramp, with a matching ramp leading up into the mall. Pricing is reasonable and the store does a good job of highlighting local food. I will be going back! read more

If you can get parked you're already off to a better start then most of the locals. They used to be 24/7 which was great. Now they aren't and instead they always have packing trolleys in the middle of the isles making it almost impossible to do shopping during off-peak hours. They don't keep shelves stocked very well after 5PM. read more
