She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire facial, checking in often and making sure the pressure was just right, especially during the extractions. She was incredibly thorough without ever making the experience uncomfortable, which I really appreciated. The spa itself is so welcoming, with a cozy waiting area where you can enjoy a cup of hot tea or cold water before your appointment. It really sets the tone for a calming visit. Overall, it was exactly the self-care day I needed. I'll definitely be back to see Erimi and I'm already looking forward to trying some of their other services, especially a massage. Highly recommend!

Overall a great experience and we will be back.

I have visited only once, but this spot is pretty good for a Westchester massage. (Usually I go to…read moreFlushing, so obviously there's a huge price gap, but for the area, it's well positioned). If you have never had a Chinese massage, they are usually rather deep tissue and they really get into your knots. You will feel sore the next day - no pain no gain! But I never had BAD pain (i.e. good, tension-relieving pain). I'm currently breastfeeding - mentioned this to my therapist before lying down and they put down a nice, softer towel underneath to help with the pressure. Additionally, she made sure not to put too much pressure behind this area on the back. They are well-trained - in that I told her my focus areas (neck, shoulders, lower back) and she was able to figure out my tension spots and focus on them. Additionally, she gave me hot stone massage with oil in order to better loosen up the muscle tension, as regular without heat wouldn't cut it. The room was nice and private - did not have many people when I went on a weekend day. Aside from leaving to get the stones / hot towel to wipe you down, she did not leave the room for no reason (as do some places where they are short staffed).

I show up for my appointment and the lady says I'm not in her book. I show her the confirmation email and she says she has costumers at 10 so I say that's okay my appointment is at 10:15 I'll wait. She then stares at me. So I say "oh are you saying you can't take me?" She said yes we have costumers. So I leave. The upsetting part was my spouse went in to talk to them about the booking and they said nothing. They did nothing to try to switch my appointment, offer a genuine apology or anything. Why offer online booking, and a confirmation if no one will actually check the bookings and confirmations. We drove 45 minutes to Pleasantville to get the treatment (I work in the area and saw it had good reviews so wanted to try it out, so we drove a distance on the weekend). So no real apology, no offering to rebook, nothing. I would've accepted the mistake and rebooked in person, but they didn't even offer that to my spouse or I. They just stared at us and said they wouldn't take me. I wouldn't even bother booking here again. Since I work in the area and all of coworkers knew I would be going here for a scalp massage, I will be sure to tell them don't bother. Many of them said they would try it out if I liked the service.
