Pros -Large salon -Bunch of beds / different options - they seemed new or at least really well maintained -Clean -When I told the receptionist I was never here before she was really helpful, friendly and gave me a tour of all the beds and explained what which each focused on. She also tried to see if a package made sense for me based on my future potential frequency, which I did appreciate. Cons -I'm used to doing 15-18 minutes in a booth and seeing automatic results. After speaking with the receptionist I thought we chose the right booth for my quick tan goals. However... I don't even have a tan line to show. -Very expensive omg. When I was charged $38 for a 10 min tan and a packet of lotion, I was shockeddd. I asked how much the tan was and couldn't believe the break down of each. Solely even for that, they out priced themselves completely. Solely based on price and my results, I will not be returning.

She comes to your house, sets up in about 2 minutes and is so efficient that the process is over before you know it and you have the perfect tan! And the best part is you don't have to worry about going out in the rain and/or messing it up with putting on clothes and getting in the car. Having a person come to your home for a spray tan is a luxury that is worth every penny. Leanne is professional and sweet and I would use her again anytime I need a tan. I told her "please remove my number" as I am not the person she stated nor have I ever been to a tanning salon no less, in Islip. She told me to "drop the attitude" and then basically hung up on me. WTF Then I called back and she started apologizing for being a "bitch" to me. Ok, good start, I asked to speak to her manager or boss and she said they weren't around. I asked what time they'd be in and what time it was there as I am on the west coast. She told me it was 12pm. (Mind you it's 11:30 here at the time of the call) to which I replied "oh you're on the west coast too?" She replied yes and told me her manager would be in in 2 hours. I happened to google the phone number and was looking at the page that clearly reads WEST ISLIP, so I called Sabrina, if that's even her real name, out on her lie. She told me she wasn't allowed to give out that information over the phone (wtf you're a salon so if I call and ask where you're located am I just SOL?!) not to mention all the information that's so private is on google. Sabrina then in a very rude and childish way, tried to make me accept her lame and lie-ridden apology, which, no. Sabrina herself told me to write this review so here I am. Sabrina I am calling out your wildly unprofessional attitude and behavior, from someone in a similar field of work, a bit of advice. You should never EVER talk to a potential client the way you have spoken to me. You have marred the image of your salon and cost it (yet another) bad review.
