I paid thousands of dollars for repairs with the expectation that my vehicle would be properly diagnosed and repaired. Instead, I continued to experience problems after the work was completed. Throughout the process, it seemed that new issues were identified as we went along, making it difficult to have confidence in the accuracy of the diagnosis or the recommendations I was given. I was also disappointed by the lack of detailed documentation on my invoice. For a repair bill of this size, customers should receive clear information about the brands and part numbers of the components that were installed. That level of transparency should be standard. As a woman, I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was treated differently than I would expect any customer to be treated. Rather than feeling informed and respected, I felt pressured to accept recommendations without receiving the level of explanation and documentation I deserved. Professional auto repair shops earn trust through honesty, transparency, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately that was not my experience with Lifetime Automotive. I WOULD NOT return, and I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

While they couldn't put the truck up on the rack that day, they gave me an appointment for a couple days later and did so then. Long story short, steering gear is probably just fine ... don't need to repair/replace now but just keep an eye on fluid levels. The charge for looking at the steering gear - $0.00. Now as background, a steering gear job is around $1,000 ... so I was also pleased with the diagnosis. But what I liked the most was that they didn't try to sell me anything. They said the gear could wait and that was it - they were not trying to sell me a part I did not need, so I start out feeling these guys are very honest - that's tops in anyone's book. They followed up later with a call to let me know the exact price if and when I did decide to replace the steering gear - so they also get credit for excellent follow up. Their operation is very clean and it is a nice large fully-equipped car shop. This is a Dad and Sons kind of organization - and I think Dad cut his teeth racing stock cars in his youth - so they know their business and it is a family business. Once your car is out of warranty and you don't have to go to the dealer, if you have need for a good car mechanic do give these guys a try. Very pleased and will be back.

I called at 5:45PM no answer. They close at 6PM. The next day I call from a different number only to find out my car hadn't been touched. I take another uber back to F- Auto and ask for my car. Its 10:30AM they open at 8AM. I speak with Louis and he tells me he is sorry for the miscommunication. My statement was... there was no miscommunication, I was clear and so were you... you guys suck.
