Many other folks had the same idea, so I knew this place was reputable (in addition to all its great online reviews) They gave me a call by 10:30am letting me know they could fix the whirring with a new belt. Also identified my brakes were at their end of life and offered to replace. Their quote for 4 new brake pads was extremely reasonable. By 1:45 my car was done being serviced and I went back to pick it up. Easy check out. No line. Very nice staff. A complete success. The dealership charged me $550 for an oil change, while Autohaus would have performed the same service for approximately $250. I also had my front and rear brakes replaced, along with an alignment, and saved well over $2,000 compared to the dealership's estimate. Gary and his team of highly skilled technicians did an outstanding job. Their expertise, honesty, attention to detail, and fair pricing are exactly what you hope to find when servicing a high-end foreign vehicle. The work was completed professionally, on time, and with excellent communication throughout the process. It is refreshing to find an independent shop that delivers dealership-quality service at a fraction of the cost. I trust Autohaus completely with my Porsche and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service on European luxury vehicles. Five stars are not enough. Thank you, Gary and the entire Autohaus team, for a truly outstanding experience!

Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. While four weeks seemed overly long, my insurance company's adjustor and appraiser were responsible for most of the delay. Throughout the process, shop manager Eric Villa keep me apprised. I brought my car to European & US Car Service after a broken window needed to be replaced. After…read moretheir work, my locking system stopped working properly. I repeatedly returned to the shop over the course of more than three months trying to get the problem resolved. Instead of addressing the issue, I was repeatedly told it was a switch or some other problem. Eventually, I was told it was an electrical problem they could not diagnose or fix and that I needed to take the car to the dealer. I took the car to the dealer, and within about five minutes of opening the door, they discovered that the electrical wires to the locking system had been cut/damaged. I then had to pay to have the damage repaired. What is especially frustrating is that I kept going back to this shop and was repeatedly led to believe that the problem was unrelated to their work. I feel that I was misled by their employees, and I am extremely disappointed that it took months and a trip to the dealer to finally identify what was wrong. I have also tried contacting the District Manager to resolve this matter. I have called and emailed him repeatedly since Tuesday, and I am now being ignored. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. If a shop damages a customer's vehicle, the customer should not have to spend months chasing them, pay another repair facility to identify the damage, and then be ignored when asking for accountability.

I thought my car needed a repair, but they told me it really wasn't necessary and recommended a much less expensive alternative. That honesty saved me money and kept me coming back. Most recently, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. After inspecting the tires, they told me they were wearing evenly and didn't need to be rotated--so they didn't charge me for it. It's hard to find an auto shop that consistently puts honesty ahead of selling additional services. Cassidy Tire has done exactly that, and I highly recommend them.

I was impressed when I called Reliable and the man I spoke with was confident he could fix it. The first time I brought my car in I had to leave immediately and bring it back the following day, because I was told they wouldn't be able to look at it until then (there were a ton of cars outside and they don't take appointments: first come, first served). I dropped it off the next morning and by early afternoon I had a diagnostic report and estimate. They also found a few other issues with the car and fixed everything for me by the next day.
