Who the hell trains these people?!? The level of customer service is simply barbaric. I came in with a reservation for a Passat. Because of a train strike, they're out of cars. The people here seem to revel in telling me "too bad. We're out. You're going to have to wait at least 2 hours."
There wasn't a single "sorry" or "we regret" or anything else in there. Nobody offered me water or a kind word or anything else. It reminded me of the South Park episode where the cable company employees get off on making things as difficult and horrible as possible for customers.
In case you're wondering, no it's not because of the language barrier. I speak fluent German. These folks suck!
Ok, after sitting here and allowing my rage to flow into this review they put me in a minivan. It's way bigger than I want or need, but at least I can get out out of here now. Up one star for finally doing something. read more
