Europa Auto provides top-notch service to both vehicles and customers at incredibly fair pricing. The manager and technicians are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I've had some issues over the last several months with my BMW X5 and they went above and beyond in terms of diagnosis, service, and communication with me. I highly recommend! read more

There's nothing like having a good mechanic you can trust. Luckily I have Europa Auto to service my Jaguar. Arnt, Chris and the rest of the staff are the real deal. They inspected the car that I was buying second-hand from a dealer, spotted a significant problem (which the dealer fixed for free), and did some additional work on it for me. Europa Auto will have my business from here on out. read more

We have been taking our vehicles to Arnt and Chris for years and they do provide the best service and pricing. Recently serviced a car that my father has given to me and she purred like a kitten when I started her up. I would not trust just anyone with our cars but, do trust Europa. read more

CRAZY HIGH PRICES - DISHONEST GARAGE - MISDIAGNOSED PROBLEM - UNPROFESSIONAL - BUYER BEWARE! I decided to give Europa a try since my go to repair shop had recently closed. So I visited this shop for my first time for an A/C problem I had. CRAZY HIGH PRICES: Once they looked over my vehicle's A/C, Chris contacted me via phone and told me my evaporator coils had a leak and quoted me a price of $3738 to fix. The first comment out of my mouth in response was I didn't think it would cost that much! Even though I'm not an auto mechanic something seemed fishy to me right away. So I decided to hold off on having the work done because I didn't have that kind of money to spend at the moment and I figured I'd look into it a little bit more. I asked if they would perform an A/C system recharge to buy me a month or so with cool air to figure it out. He stated the mechanic didn't really want to do that because it's harmful to inhale the A/C chemicals (R-134) that allegedly were leaking out of the evap coils and into the cabin of my vehicle. DISHONEST GARAGE: Eventually I ended up at a different shop just down the road and asked them how much they would charge to do the same job (replace my A/C evaporator coils) and they quoted me a price of $2300 which is $1,438 cheaper! Here's the kicker... after I dropped off my vehicle at the new shop to have the evaporator coils replaced, the new shop decided to do a quick check first to make sure the leak was indeed coming from the evaporator coils and guess what? THERE WAS NO LEAK IN THE A/C EVAPORATOR COILS! MISDIAGNOSED PROBLEM: Instead it ended up being my A/C COMPRESSOR all along and that job only cost me $1347. None of my vehicle's computer codes came up with a leak in my A/C evap coils either! That was the first red flag to the new garage I was at. They were just going off of what I was initially told by Europa, which I reiterated to them. I'm lucky they double checked everything first. In fact the mechanic at the new shop took a video showing me how my A/C compressor was completely trashed and leaking refrigerant all over my engine compartment. It was incredibly obvious! Here's the exact statement on my EUROPA A/C diagnostic test/estimate: "PERFORMED DIAGNOSIS FOUND FREON LOW - EVAC AND RECHARGE - DID LEAK TRACE FOUND EVAPORATOR HAS LARGE LEAK - RECOMMEND TO REPLACE EVAPORATOR". That means EUROPA misdiagnosed my issue all along on purpose! They said they put dye in the A/C and right away could see my A/C evap coils leaking which was a complete lie. They never said anything about my compressor! They planned on tearing my vehicle apart (the entire dash has to come out to replace the evap coils so it's a seriously labor intensive job) and then randomly claim to find my A/C compressor was leaking (where the real problem was located) and charge me another $2k-$3k and blame it on me for continuing to run my A/C after I picked it up from them after the original diagnosis. I would have ended up paying $5500 - $6,000 if I had gone with Europa! UNPROFESSIONAL: In addition I received a receipt from Europa which stated my original problem I had voiced to them with my A/C and the actual charges to check my A/C system and then put in some refrigerant. When it came to an estimate for the A/C evap coils replacement job, there was no line by line/itemized breakdown of the work that they claimed needed to be done? What's more the price I was quoted for the job/repair was located nowhere on the paper work I received. I had to ask Chris to hand write the price quote for the A/C evap coil job on the paper. A professional garage is going to have an itemized breakdown of those specific parts used in addition to labor and misc costs as well as a total. The paper work they gave me had none of those things. BUYER BEWARE: Avoid this shop at all costs! read more

I took my car in (3/7/2023) due to engine light on (charcoal canister issue). Was told by Chris that the purge valve was bad and needed replacing and after replacement, the car would be tested again to make sure there is nothing else and no other fault codes remain. Same day (3/7/23) Chris called me and said my car was done and it was ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick up my car, I asked if my car was tested after new valve was replaced to make sure that's all it was and he said NO bc they're sure it was the valve. "Valve was tested and it is trash". I pay them $400.61 ($111 for the valve, $349 for labor and shop supplies) and turn my car on and start to drive, engine light still on. Shop was closed and gone for the day. Went back 3/8/23 next day - got a call stating they "messed up" "Tech mistakenly replaced the valve when the whole canister needed replacing. Tech is not sure how he missed that" They wanted to charge me $616 for canister, except OEM pricing is $482. ($134 more than what the part costs - btw they get that price for $390) They lie/overcharge on parts. $616 for canister vs actual $482. $111 for purge valve vs actual cost of $65 Lied and said valve was bad and then said it is actually good. Instead of saying "hey we messed up therefore we will take care of this for free" they wanted to scam me out of more money and still have the same incompetent tech work on my car. No thank you! Owner just stood there embarrassed that a woman knew more than they did. Stay away from this place or at least do your homework before you take their word as facts. Do NOT recommend!! read more

Great service...Great Value!! Have previously almost always taken my car to the dealership. The long and short of it is that these guys know their stuff. Probably cost me almost half of what I would have paid at the dealer. Now, granted, I did like the service person that I used at the dealer & he really didn't try to sell me. These guys went over what they found while checking out my car & we discussed what was needed and what we should hold off on. How often do you get a business to do that. Yet, that is the way that it should be. The staff is quite friendly & courteous & the owner did what he had to do. An employee did not come into work that day & he told me that it would be 1/2 hr to get me someone to take me home. It was obvious that I was not happy with that. A couple of minutes later he was driving me home. The owner also told me tips about better caring for my car then what the dealer had told me. What can I say...very pleased & they will take care of my Benz again & again!! read more

Europa takes care of our car as if it were their own car. From service to arranging a rental/loaner, I always appreciate their assistance. The attention to detail even after the service is completed is amazing. Their followup and support is beyond anything we have experienced and is so appreciated. We have been with Europa for almost 10 years and they always treat my family and my car as a priority, ensuring that our car is running safely and that we are satisfied. Arnt has put together an amazing team and we don't trust anyone to take care of our car but Europa! read more

Great first time experience having my car serviced there. Very friendly and informative staff. Did a compete inspection of the car and even complimentary car wash. And far less expensive than a dealership would have charged. Definitely will be back. read more

I've been using Europa Auto for a couple of years now, so it's about time I wrote a review. I have a 10 year old Range Rover that's going through aging pains. The local dealership tried to sell me on a very expensive solution so I got a second opinion from Europa. The dealership had misdiagnosed the problem. Arnt Johansen's team fixed it in a couple of hours and I've been using Europa ever since. These people actually give a darn about their customers. They've never charge me more that their estimate, which they give me in advance, and they make a follow-up call 30 days later to ask if there are any problems. They're honest and they look out for their customers. They even help you get financing from Bosch if you can't afford to fix your car. Arnt and Tori (she runs the office) have a client for life. read more

Europa always goes above and beyond to take care of your car issues quickly and appropriately. They tell you what needs to be done and always follow up. They even go the extra step of following up with you after the service to see if there is anything else you need. I'm so happy that I have finally found a reliable mechanic for my Mercedes here in Orlando. I won't go anywhere else! Thanks Europa!!!! read more

Always bring my Mercedes here for service and any issues. They are courteous, fair priced , do excellent work , my car always drives even better when I pick it up. I highly recommend them for high end car service. They know what they are doing without the dealership shenanigans. read more

I've trusted Europa to service my Mercedes for years. They go above and beyond. Excellent service, and prices far lower than the dealership.

Avoid this place. I did my research before going and understood what was wrong. They confirmed each item. Yet their estimated charges were excessive. They planned to double charge on labor. They explained that removing the bushings is complicated. Seriously??? It's less than five minutes if you have the right tool. Then proceeds to say they can't do anything about standard labor times. Needless to say, I opted not to get the repairs done. I get my car back and now the brake malfunction light is on. Seriously!!?? Completely dissatisfied. Go at your own risk read more

Excellent service every time. I have been using them for years now and Arnt is the best by far. Always get VIP treatment & the best possible service. Thank you. Jay read more

This was my first time to Europa with my 1985 Mercedes 380SL. They were able to quickly diagnose the cause of the knocking noises of the engine and repaired the problem in their immaculate garage. Very fair in pricing and great communicators as well. I highly recommend them! read more

Great service as per usual, very professional, obliging and a pleasure to deal with.

My slk needed a repair related to the convertible. I have been here before, they are great but it's far 1 hour drive. So I took the car to another certified European car repair shop and they quoted me 1400$ with a 110$ diagnostic fee ( regardless if they do or don't perform the repair) .i decided to drive to Europa autoz. Arnt was super helpful, he checked the car without charging a diagnostic fee since the problem was already identified and did the job for about 800$. He didn't replace uncessary parts. These guys are very professional and honest, and they do a good job. read more

Took my mercedes for an oil change but i got alot more service than i expected, much better than a dealership. Chris went over all the details he checked on during the service, like battery issues, the % of brake pad wear, and other details that I was unaware of about the car. A few days later after the oil change I got a follow up call to check in to see if everything was still good with the car. Great service! read more

They claim to beat the dealer. So what?! Everybody does! I found their business model to be exactly the same - give you a long list of repairs by the "book" and not on what you need or what you tell them you can afford. I've been here several times. Can't say I ever left without that I just-got-screwed feeling. Twice I left there only to come right back with either a new problem or a problem that wasn't fixed. Their labor rate is lower than fields but that is all. They pad the invoice with all kinds of charges like cleaners and solvents tacked on to each job they performed, not by the fact that only one car was there and they only need to clean up after it one time. I could of bought a barrel of solvent from AutoZone for what they charged me. And several hundred dollars for a routine maintenace? Top of fluids and replace air filters? Please, total rip off. Find another mechanic or just keep your guard up. These guys aren't here to win your business. They also watch the reviews and comment or add reviews. Be careful! Too bad they don't just do good honest work and let their clients review them. My newest discovery is that 15,000 miles after they replaced my rotors I need new ones - WTF?! read more
