They even continued to take customers after their closing time just to make sure everyone was taken care of. During the oil change, they performed a full courtesy check while I waited in the car, showed me my air filter, and explained the oil options without being pushy, and helped me decide the best option for me and my car. They checked my tire pressure (even gave me new caps for the air valves that I've been missing forever!) and topped off my fluids. It's a 'well-oiled machine' here--pun intended! I'll definitely be back for my next service.

Exceptional Service -- Business Earned for Life…read more 5 Star Experience - must read! We brought our 2021 Kia Telluride to Strickland Brothers for a routine oil change. Some time after, I noticed a small oil drip. At that point, it was never even fully determined whether it was something they did or simply a failed seal on our end -- and honestly, it was probably a part failure. What happened next is what truly sets this company apart. Michael, the owner, personally called me and handled the situation with professionalism and integrity. Because the line wasn't entirely clear on whether the issue was a failed part or something related to the service, he took ownership of making it right. His focus was on standing behind the work, doing right by the customer, and building a long-term relationship -- not pointing fingers. They went way above and beyond. Kia is notorious for requiring OEM parts (aftermarket just won't work properly), so they had to track down a specific part. Michael and his team called multiple Kia dealerships, pulled strings, and somehow managed to get the part the same day, even though we were originally told it could take several days. That alone was impressive. They repaired the vehicle immediately -- and the next morning, Michael and his father personally delivered the car to my house. His father has over 40 years of experience working on vehicles and plays an active role in overseeing the work, which really shows. The two of them together are an impressive team. In conversation, I mentioned to Michael that part of my work involves helping businesses think through customer experience, and we talked about what it looks like to truly take care of people. The hardest time to do that is when it costs the business owner money. This repair did cost him money -- and he still did the right thing without hesitation. I've already referred many people to Strickland Brothers in the past because of consistently good service -- but this experience was different. I can confidently say I will never get my oil changed anywhere else, and I will be using Strickland Brothers for any automotive service they offer. I'll continue referring people without hesitation. This is only the second time in my entire life I've said this about a business: They've earned my business for life.

Even though I stayed in my car, I could see thru the crack in the hood when he was putting in the oil, & it was 0W20. After they were done, I drove home & recheck their work. Oil was filled to the full line. Look under the car, no oil dripping. Next day, check as well, no dripping oil.

My car supposed to be ready at 7pm, but they didn't do the alignment and They said they would do it tomorrow. I paid $1,905.46, and when I got my car, I realized they made scratches on my car 4 rims when they were installing tires. They said they would take care of it, and I told them my rims worth more than $4,000, and I don't want you to cover it with marker since I can do that at home, and I want it to get fixed professionally. I was there the day after to get my car as they told me, with fixed rims and alignment done. But I saw they covered scratches with marker, and they didn't do alignment as well. I told them I didn't want you to cover scratches with marker, so why did you do it? They said we didn't do scratches to the rims!!!! It's ridiculous. I can't believe. And about the alignment, they said your car is too big, and we can't do alignment for it, and when I asked them to return my money back for alignment, they didn't accept it!!! I really didn't expect these unprofessional manners and unprofessional job from them. I already emailed to headquarter twice but I didn't get any help and they just emailed me back Please know that we've updated your Case...........and have escalated it to our Field Leadership Team for further review and action. (Please Read My Experience and Leave This Store Alone) 0 Stars Do not go here, Jacob was nice but the operations manager and upper management need to learn about business etiquette. They hire people who cant do mechanic work. I went to get a brake job done on my vehicle. After two weeks my brake were still squeaking. I told Jacob, he told me the guy who did my brakes had been fired. But they will taken care of it. What confidence do I have in the store when they hire maintenance people who cant do proper work. I brought my car in after I called, when I came in, Jacob said he couldn't do the service that day because his tech called out sick. So I came back the next day, one of the techs looked at my brakes. At first he said he didn't hear any squeaks, then I had to get in the car with the technician and show him. Then they finally believed me, Jacob pulled out the pads and said they were faulty. The warranty will replace them. After placing the order, I sat down and then Jacob came to me and said the brake pads he order wont be there until 11:30, I had been there since 8 am it was now 10am and I had somewhere to be. So I had to leave again, the parts should've already been order prior to me coming in the previous day. I show up again the following Monday, to get my pads replace. Jacob says the rotors are brand new so we only gonna replace the pads, if you are still having issues we will then replace the pads. I told him specifically I want a refund if it is not fixed this time. At this point I don't trust the mechanics nor this shop and I am waisting my time. They replace the pads , two weeks later which is today my brakes are still squeaking . I call, Jacob answers I tell him my brakes are still squeaking. I want a refund. He calls me back and says my operations manager says we cant issue your refund but we can fix it. I don't trust any work to be done on my vehicle at this point, and taking action to make the operations managers and store owners liable for negligence. I paid almost $700 for new brakes and rotors and I left with my brakes and rotors worst than before.
