The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

I was worried about the car not starting if I didn't get it replaced but I didn't have tools down here with me. Couple of complicating factors: the 12V on my car is in the trunk area so a lot of places won't touch it. Also, because it's in the trunk, it has a vent hose for hydrogen/offgassing and not all OEM replacement batteries have the right connection for the vent. Brandon, who owns the place, confirmed with me over the phone the kind of battery he had in stock and the vent placement. And his son, Braydon, even helped me with the tricky connectors and corroded electrode terminals. They were incredibly meticulous with the work. It meant so much to me to have the peace of mind that the battery was replaced and reconnected securely with cleaned terminals. Can't recommend this place and the family highly enough. Daphne

Garage is clean, secure, well maintained, with abundant spaces. Spaces are not overly tight. Be sure to bring your ticket with you after you park. You will need it to get back into the garage and you will need to pay before exiting. This is a good security measure, as it keeps the riff raff out of the garage. Neighborhood is safe, well lit, and well populated. Prices are quite reasonable. I parked for many hours for a little over $20 on a Saturday. 24 hours for $24, which is a bargain. by many big city standards. This is my go to parking garage whenever I go into downtown philadelphia.

If I don't call, it takes less than 5 minutes to bring it down. All the guys who work there are super friendly, professional, courteous. Pricing is reasonable and they are in the best spot, next to 95N/S entrances. Last summer I did notice some significant damage to my front bumper when picking up my vehicle. After confronting a staff member, I was put in touch with the manager, Rob, to work through the issue. Certainly an awkward situation for anyone, but Rob talked me through their process with damages and worked with quickly me to come to a resolution. The result was a complete replacement of the bumper, requiring no payment from my side. Overall I'm happy with the service here and to have a reliable place to keep my car everyday.

Came here two separate times for service…read more For the first time, I just replaced my brakes and rotors and might have introduced air into my brake lines so instead of bleeding my brakes and changing the fluid, I decided I'd come here instead. The service advisor was Angelo. He made sure I got taken care of as quickly as possible and despite forgetting to bring in my wheel lock, he was able to get the tech to bleed my brakes. The tech also said my brakes are fine but Angelo got him to check it again and bleed it anyways to get rid of any air. My brakes felt instantly better. Unfortunately, the reservoir was completely overfilled when I checked it so I had to go buy a syringe to remove some of the fluid myself. I also saw some fluid near the brake booster so I had to monitor it for leaks for the next couple days. This wasn't exactly the experience I expected. The second time I came in, I spoke to Angelo about getting my tire/tire valve looked at due to a flat tire. It was an hour before closing and he wanted to help but couldn't since most of the techs went home. He told me to return in the AM and he would get me helped asap. I did so the next day and he got my tire looked at, got the valve replaced, and I was good to go. It was a pretty painless experience this time. Shout out to Angelo because I was really expecting poor service but he did the best he could for me. He always kept me in the loop for what was going on while my car was in the bay.
