Came in here to grab a quick tea at this place. Was met with a guy who seemed to be never trained. He knew absolutely nothing about what was offered, menu, basically anything to know to be able to perform his job. He stated that he only had been working there a week, as if that's a valid excuse to know absolutely nothing. We had to wait to get any service, as he called someone else to come help. They both seemed to be way out of there league with just getting our order correct and complete. Ultimately ended up leaving. Totally disgruntled and weirded out by the unprofessional staff. read more

Euphoria Emporium is an excellent way to spend an evening. This hookah bar is very newbie-friendly, and the staff goes out of their way to ensure you've had an excellent experience. We had the pleasure of meeting the mother-and-son ownership team on our first visit. Although we were experienced, we were with a couple who had never been to a hookah bar. From the first staff member to the last, our friends were treated respectfully and given a very comprehensive hookah education. We supplemented the lessons with some personal anecdotes, but they would have done just as well had we not been with them. The venue is well-decorated, with rooms to suit a variety of tastes and styles. The VIP room is intimate without feeling cramped, and is a great place to spend an evening if you have a larger party. The staff flavor suggestions were on target, and pleased everyone in our party. Refills were a breeze and service was extremely attentive. The Emporium offers light refreshments, including soft drinks, smoothies & shakes, as well as snack items. You can also opt to have them coordinate sushi delivery from the nearby Aqua Lounge. There are two hookah bars virtually next to each other in this area of Spring Hill. I've been to both, and I'm hoping this part of my review will help you decide which one to visit if you're unsure. Dahookah, down the street, is smaller and more hands-off. I'd venture to say that it's better if you know exactly what you want, and aren't really looking to interact with anyone. Euphoria is better suited to both intimate parties (more privacy) and larger groups (more space). If you're somewhere in the middle of those two party sizes, Dahookah will accommodate you fine. If you're more social, Euphoria has an atmosphere that suits you better than Dahookah, which isn't anti-social, but has been more "keep to yourself" when we've gone. read more

Went here for a date night with the bf while in Florida. This place was nearby and there was a Yelp deal that we decided to get. We purchased a $20 for $40 deal and when we got there the owner told us that the deal expired even though it was still up on Yelp and didn't have an expiration date. She was nice and honored it. We realized it was a really great deal considering it got both of us unlimited hookah for the night. When we stepped in it was karaoke night. Not wanting to hear some kid screw up Coldplay, we chose to sit in the Alice in Wonderland room. I have to say it was really cool and trippy.This place definitely puts a lot of effort into making it look unique. We opened the menu and were excited to see all the different hookah flavors. The waiter brought us our hookahs and told us we couldn't turn the coal over ourselves. I thought that was really weird because at all the other places I go to in NY it's fine. This place looks like a popular hangout for teens so I'm guessing something happened to enforce this. All of the flavors were not very strong and we had problems with one of the hookahs. Since we had some extra $ from our deal we looked at the menu to see what we could order. There wasn't much of a food or drink selection. There were items on the menu such as White Castle burgers and hot pockets which was disappointing because no one wants to go out and eat that! We ordered milkshakes and the waiter messed up the flavors. He was very nice and apologetic though. Overall I really liked the setting and ambience more than the hookah. read more

So let me begin by saying that this place looks cool. Very nice ambiance. What it lacks though is service. It is staffed with a bunch of kids who come there to hangout. The owner even just comes there, and chats with the staff instead of helping customers. The last time I went to this hookah lounge they had 4 people working, but they were all just chit-chatting with each other. I waited almost a half an hour to place my order alone; then another 10 minutes to get my hookah. They were not busy; so I cannot say that they were slammed and that is why. I am sure regulars receive different treatment, but I will not be one of those. Very disappointed with this place. Very unprofessional. Very childish. I will not be returning to this establishment. I will be searching for something better then this teenager hangout. I am only 24 incase you were wondering about the demographic. read more

Tried it out yesterday and the guy who's a photographer was super funny and nice and made me come back tonight, but this time it was a girl who was really rude. She didn't greet us or show hospitality. Ruined the vibe so my wife and I left quickly after. The place itself is awesome and they have some awesome workers just one girl that wasn't. read more

Best place I've been to yet! I love hanging out there. The atmosphere is great, the employees are fantastic and very attentive unlike the rest of the hookah lounges I've been to, and the live entertainment is something I've missed seeing in a long time. And as far as prices go? You're getting a hellofa deal when it comes to everything they offer. I'm really glad that there's finally a place that does and offers it all. =] read more
