We went with the 75-minute couples massage this time instead of 60 minutes, and I think that was the right choice. The extra time made the experience feel much more complete and relaxed without feeling rushed. Brandon was my massage therapist and did an excellent job. My partner was with Sharon and was especially impressed--she told me afterward that she definitely wants to book with Sharon again. From the moment you walk in, Sara greets you with the biggest smile. Brooke is just as genuine and helpful! The ladies at the front are helpful, kind and prompt. I feel special coming into the office, which is saying something because my skin scares me! Erin Brimhall is truly one of a kind. She doesn't not take my worries and brush them off. She biopsies the spots I don't like as well as which ones she doesn't like. She tracks concerning ones and monitors them which gives me peace. She has removed atypical spots and found in situ melanoma. I have continued seeing her every three months for skin checks and it allows me some comfort in knowing she is doing to the hard part while I protect my skin. Dr. Harrington has done two excisions for me. One, Mohs surgery with clean boundaries and only one pass through for removal. He completed an excision today for an atypical mole that we didn't want to keep around. I cannot speak more highly of his bedside manner and care in completing the excision for me. Naomi was so great helping him, making me feel comfortable and distracting me while I talked the ENTIRE TIME! My results were less than spectacular, and i have a NEW forehead wrinkle i had never seen before! Anyone who has had a successful Botox treatment knows that this is not true. When Caroline treated me, i saw immediate improvement in the eyebrow area. I finally gave up, as Devin put me on hold, talking to various people, and i realized that i had spent almost $750 in vain, as no one was concerned that i was not pleased with the results. i asked several times whether they would offer any corrections, and was told to call back in 2 weeks. Full transparency on my end. I reached out after via email in the hopes of any effort on Wink's part to find a resolution. The owner didn't follow up to meet me halfway, ask for photos, offer a phone call, absolutely nothing. Who said anything about a refund? Literally not me, ever, though that would be the customer service oriented thing to at least DISCUSS. On the contrary, I was instead told reaching out was inappropriate and that my words (my opinion) were untrue, and that I should find another salon. I can post a screenshot of that as well. How is that customer service? How is that caring about customer satisfaction? And how many people can honestly say they're comfortable with telling a tech who just spent two hours on something "Uh, yeah this look is awful for me" immediately after service?
