This wasn't some cookie-cutter approach; they built a custom digital marketing strategy that actually made sense for a small business like mine. They helped me better understand how tools like Facebook ads management, website design, and social media marketing could work together to drive growth. Every step of the process was clearly explained--why a certain solution was being implemented, how it would be rolled out, and what results I could realistically expect. That transparency gave me total confidence. If you're a business owner looking for a marketing agency near me that gets results without wasting your money, Flamingo Theory is it. I really wish I could give 4.5 stars, because the only real issue I had was with communication. I was given a two hour time window and was told that I would be getting a call or text when the cleaners were on their way. I was home, but was upstairs working (out of doorbell range). I had my phone volume on and clung on to it while I waited so that I wouldn't miss the call. I headed downstairs about 45 minutes into my time window for a glass of water and noticed that the cleaners were standing on my porch looking confused. I let them in and apologized profusely because I expected a call first. I don't know how long they were waiting but I felt awful. A heads up would have definitely been appreciated. Otherwise, they were in and out in two hours, and they did an awesome job! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Avellas to friends and family. I will certainly be using them again!
