The previous company had started a year and a half earlier by putting up framing with a bathroom floor plan that did not meet city codes. They never finished and we had to go to small claims to get our money back. Adam from Washa gave us a quote that was higher than the one we had, but, obviously, it was necessary to do the job correctly. Steve Wineland, the site manager, is tops in the trade. We have had a lot of construction work at our home and our business and Steve is the best. The subcontractors were also outstanding. The flooring was delayed in arriving due to covid, but that was the only problem. The room and bathroom look amazing. We are going to start our next project very soon of remodeling our existing bathroom configuration on the first floor. I would recommend Washa for any project even if their price is somewhat higher because they are professionals, and, you get what you pay for.

I don't know the full scope of what handy people can do and I kept asking "Can you do that?" and he kept saying "Yes." He replaced garage windows, repaired rotten wood, framing, door installation, etc. He also painted my garage. I have a cat tree that my dad made. It had become unstable. That cat tree has tremendous sentimental value to me and he made it stable and solid again. I'm not sure every handyman is willing to that kind of small job and Nathan said "Yes." He made my cats happy. Nathan installed living room shades. I've never had shades be so straight. I like the quality of his work so much I'm having him come over to do more work and install cabinets for me in 4-6 weeks. While he is busy and does book out I found his wait times very reasonable. One day my front door unexpectedly stopped working. Would not budge. I could not get into or out of my home. My neighbor had to help me break in through a window to get in through the side door. The next day Nathan came over and fixed it. Very impressive.
