I was seeing "someone else" for a year, and an adjustment took literally less than 5 minutes and wasn't focused on areas I indicated hurt. It was like a "cookie cutter" adjustment - the same thing for everyone. Dr. Casey is the exact opposite, taking time to ensure all my areas of concern were properly adjusted. I now see her 3 times a week to keep my migraines at bay. She takes the time to ask me how I'm doing, checks various areas, then adjusts me accordingly. She takes the time to listen, even if what I have to say isn't "chiropractic related." The clinic where Dr. Casey works is quite decked out. It is called the "Healing Arts Center". The lobby is comforting and inviting, all the equipment is in excellent condition and it appears that proper hygiene/sterilization is practiced. All the doctors in the office are polite and smiley - and it's very refreshing to walk into a place when you feel like crud, and walk out with a bounce in your step! The reception people are very courteous and service oriented, and now when I walk in the door, I really don't even have to go to the counter...they check me in on sight. As for wait time - WHAT wait time? There hardly ever is any. It's quite rare if I have to wait more than a minute or two. Frequently, Dr. Casey is standing at the reception counter waiting for me! If she is ever behind on patients (which has happened only once), she put me on the roller table (ahhh, a nice massage!) while she finished up with her other patient. By the time the roller table shut off, she was ready for me. I really can't say enough about this clinic, Dr. Casey, and her colleagues. I am very happy that I went in search of a new chiropractor, and am confident I am now being treated at the right place.

I usually see Dr. Horton, she is top notch and helps fix any problem I have. She tries new things on me and will do whatever I need to get corrected. I get regular migraines (injury when I was little), and chiro and massage the things that keep them at bay. When she is out I go to the others, they are great too. What I like about KC Chiro is they use the most current techniques, ART, dry needling, other stretches to help get to the root of the problem. For background I am a former collegiate football player and multiple deployment USMC veteran. I was paired with Dilyn Schooley who asked lots of questions to ensure that he understood my particular circumstance. On the very first visit my pain abated and my progress has been steady in a positive direction since. We began with nerve flossing techniques, McKenzie exercises and dry needling. We worked on core exercises and graduated to various versions of the same exercise and added new ones. Between the chiropractic adjustments, PT and the home based regimen we created, I am realizing the greatest period of relief in years. My issues are chronic, and require diligence, but the progress until now, October '24, cannot be overstated. Dilyan, the amazing administrative team at the front desk are always helpful and accommodating. I can call or schedule appointments via text. I recently had a billing issue with my insurance(what else is new) and the front desk and I got it sorted. I don't do online reviews but the service and care this team provides is more than deserving. If you come here there will be a plan, it is up to you to listen and work it!
