I suppose he thought I was just a dumb woman but I own this business and I don't appreciate the slight of hand out right theft that I discovered. Don't shop here, you never know if they are stealing from you. This was obvious and they lost the right to do business with our company. We provide housing at a reasonable price for needy families. I don't appreciate the shady dealing I received here. Can't imagine the owner will appreciate that either.

First thing you should know about this place, they go above and beyond for customer service. It doesn't matter if you make a phone call to ask questions or are standing there in person looking for advice, they truly care about their customers and make you feel welcomed while you are there. Stock may not be the same as the big box building supply stores, but so far anytime I've ever needed anything they've had it and the prices were great. In addition to the great prices they also point out other stuff that may be useful so that you don't have to make a return trip in 30 minutes .... I'm that kind of amateur DIY'er that can use all the help I can get. Really happy that I found this place and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for building supply - home project - type stuff. Great experience!

Things have changed since this store reopened years ago. I was excited that my town was keeping an…read moreAce store, but every time I go in I'm always walking out empty handed. I remember going to the store to have a simple key made. After the kid made the three identical keys for me, I noticed that one key was way off pattern. I showed the kid and tried explaining to him that this key was not the correct pattern; comparing the original, two correct duplicates, and the third messed up key. He looked at me and said "why don't you just try it and see if it works." Long story short and a wasted trip, knowing this key wouldn't work, I returned to the store. The three kids sitting around the table scoffed when I returned, needing to have the key remade. I'm a young guy, but I felt like some old geriatric man teamed up against a bunch of kids. It was clear that I was angry, but the children working that day only cared about sitting around on their phones drawing a pay check. I always try to support local businesses, but at this point I don't even waste my time shopping here. Last week I visited to find a simple self drilling screw. I knew better. The hunt continued for a long time until I finally gave up. The store (specifically the nuts and bolts isle) looks like it's been turned upside down. Screws in the wrong bins, more empty pegs than stocked items. Thrift stores are more organized than this hardware store. I really hate seeing this place in this condition. It's clearly ran by absent management and staffed by kids who couldn't care less about helping customers and keeping the store organized.

Seasonal stuff had already made it's way into the store, they had a nice selection of Christmas stuff when you first came in (front and center and to the left). Nice experience, hope to come back and check them out in a little more detail sometime in the future.

Ran out here to see if they still had what she was after, unfortunately they didn't. But, I was introduced to a new building supply house that seems to be pretty well stocked and carries a wide variety of tools and materials to accomplish projects around the house. Prices seem to be on par with other building supply places, if not a little better. Store has a nice open feel to it and is clean and organized. Staff we're helpful and directed me to the area that I'd want to check and see if they had what I was looking for (didn't have a brand name just a description). Got some great ideas, and may be returning, to get some of the garage organizational things they have. All sorts of bins and containers (some wall mountable). Also, there are quite a few options for some of the tool accessories - such as - there are about 4 or 5 different types of saw horses. So if you want to get something really basic because you won't be using it a lot - they've got you covered. But, if you want something a little more heavy duty, they've got those options as well. Really glad I stopped in here to check out what they have. Prices seem so be good, not sure about the overall quality having not made a purchase yet. Employees working the floor were friendly and helpful answering customer questions. Preliminary report, I'd recommend this location and plan on going back to grab a few things.
