Ran out here to see if they still had what she was after, unfortunately they didn't. But, I was introduced to a new building supply house that seems to be pretty well stocked and carries a wide variety of tools and materials to accomplish projects around the house. Prices seem to be on par with other building supply places, if not a little better. Store has a nice open feel to it and is clean and organized. Staff we're helpful and directed me to the area that I'd want to check and see if they had what I was looking for (didn't have a brand name just a description). Overall a pretty good location, if I was closer I'd for sure shop here more.

I ordered 2 custom doors, both had the wrong hinges, but one opened in the wrong direction. The…read morecontractor picked the doors up at the start of the job, when the contactor was installing 5 business days later after pick-up, the 59-60 inch door thurned out to be 57 inches and the door swung in the wrong direction, out, not in. So you have to pull open into the bedroom and not push into the bathroom. When I called to ask how the door was ordered, the special order person was very rude and down grading and belittling. I will not do business with them again and will not recommend any one to them. My contractor said he stopped using them many years ago due to wrong orders and their being rude. He went from doing all business to NO business with them. Now, I understand why.

First thing you should know about this place, they go above and beyond for customer service. It doesn't matter if you make a phone call to ask questions or are standing there in person looking for advice, they truly care about their customers and make you feel welcomed while you are there. Stock may not be the same as the big box building supply stores, but so far anytime I've ever needed anything they've had it and the prices were great. In addition to the great prices they also point out other stuff that may be useful so that you don't have to make a return trip in 30 minutes .... I'm that kind of amateur DIY'er that can use all the help I can get. Really happy that I found this place and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for building supply - home project - type stuff. Great experience!

Got some great ideas, and may be returning, to get some of the garage organizational things they have. All sorts of bins and containers (some wall mountable). Also, there are quite a few options for some of the tool accessories - such as - there are about 4 or 5 different types of saw horses. So if you want to get something really basic because you won't be using it a lot - they've got you covered. But, if you want something a little more heavy duty, they've got those options as well. Really glad I stopped in here to check out what they have. Prices seem so be good, not sure about the overall quality having not made a purchase yet. Employees working the floor were friendly and helpful answering customer questions. Preliminary report, I'd recommend this location and plan on going back to grab a few things.

I understand the 1 star reviews but wanted to give a little insight on customer service at Lowe's…read more In most instances, there is only one person working per department. So, when that person is helping someone, is on break or lunch (if they get one) there isn't anyone available in that department. 99% of the employees care and are doing their best to help everyone but there aren't enough hours given to others to truly man the store as it really needs. Obviously, this isn't anyone's fault except Lowes in general. Lastly, you would not believe some of the names employees are called by customers. Even when the employee is doing everything they can to help the customer. If the store is out of stock, it's not the employees fault, don't take it out on them. If you called and couldn't get through, it's not the guy in tools fault. How do I know.... I worked there and have experienced it first hand. Being nice goes a long way.
