She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and straightforward when it came to explaining the process and how long it would take for the headstone to be complete. This location is type odd in terms of not having a front door. It's similar to a garage opening filled with tons of headstones that are either already made or in the process of being made. It's not the first thing that you want to see when going through this. Definitely going to look into another place or two before deciding on a monument company.
