Had a consultation and he was very thorough and honest. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good, reliable mechanic.

On April 21, 2025, I took my car to Auto Stop because it was leaking oil. I had been using them for…read moreoil changes and had always been happy with that service, so I trusted them with this repair. They diagnosed the source of the oil leak, and because I have an extended warranty, I went through the warranty process and authorized the repair. Their labor rates exceeded what my warranty would cover, so I paid the difference out of pocket. Unfortunately, this is where my experience went downhill. After the repair, my car continued leaking oil for more than a year. I brought it back multiple times, and each visit resulted in another attempt to fix the problem, usually by adding more gaskets. It became clear that they were taking shortcuts rather than properly diagnosing and repairing the issue. At one point, I discovered they had even stuffed rags around the oil pan. After several unsuccessful repair attempts, Auto Stop finally admitted they could not fix the problem. To make matters worse, during the course of their repeated repair attempts, they damaged the upper oil pan. Their only recommendation at that point was to take the vehicle to the dealership. That's exactly what I had to do. The dealership corrected the original oil leak and repaired the additional damage caused during Auto Stop's failed repair attempts, leaving me to pay for work that could have been avoided. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Auto Stop. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into more than a year of frustration, repeated trips back to the shop, additional damage to my vehicle, and significant extra expense.

Hello fellow Yelpers! I have to say this is my go to for…read moreoil changes. As a woman, I honestly get tired of being upsold on things not necessarily needed to be done to my car. The service techs don't do that here. You let them know what you need, you pull into the garage and sit in your car as the magic takes place. They will top off fluids, if needed put air in your tires and let you know if anything else may need to be handled in the future. They are not pushy. Oh, and they are quick! Not NASCAR quick but I'm talking quick. They are amazing techs who get the job done, who take pride in their work. I've been there 4 times and each experience has been positive. Give them a try! I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I came back again for an oil change, and Dom and the team were wonderful! They were quick,…read moreefficient, and polite as always, but they also noted my poor car needed some TLC. There was absolutely no pressure or upselling, just straight-up documentation of what looked good, and what needed help. I came back the next day and got valve covers and timing belt replaced. Word to the wise: There's a waiting area and restaurants nearby, but the shop is so busy if you are in a hurry you don't wait for them to call. I dropped off my car at 8:30, but there was already two other folks in the shop's dual bays. They said it might take half an hour to take care of the other clients and then 2.5 - 3 hours to take care of business. I waited at the Starbucks across the way and showed up a little after 12... and the car was ready to go! I could've shown up earlier but Dom hadn't had a chance to call me. I appreciate Green Rider's speed, efficiency, clarity, and fair pricing. Thank you!!

Aaron is a great mechanic. Our experience has been flawless - I'm sure whenever we have automotive…read moreneeds, we will call him. My brakes were in dire need of new pads and rotors. I got a few prices in the area all ranging above $1,000 to do front and back. I figured I'd contact one more place before settling. We're new to the area so finding a reputable mechanic is important. I contacted Aaron and he beat all prices in the area with some wiggle room. He even serviced my vehicle at my house! Super convenient. High quality work with warranty. Nice guy. Aaron provides excellent work and his mobile service is super convenient! He is communicative,…read moreeasygoing, and, most importantly, he can work on our car right in our garage. This has saved us the hassle of bring in the car to an auto shop. We had a loud screeching noise coming from our car and Aaron was able to diagnose the problem as a faulty engine belt tensioner. He also picked up on another sound that turned out to be a worn water pump. He also helped us replace the brakes. He took the time to show us the old vs new parts, helping us see and understand the issues. His transparency and technical knowledge gave us full confidence in his work. Not only is Aaron skilled and experienced (15 years of experience), but his pricing is also very reasonable. He never tried to upsell unnecessary work and focused only on what needed to be done to maintain our car. He also worked to find better pricing on parts to accommodate our budget since we decided to take care of a lot of maintenance with him. We are grateful to have found Aaron and will definitely be relying on him for all future maintenance, oil changes, and any repairs needed on our car.
