He installed the door and it's worked perfectly ever since. My wife had 6 different criteria for the door (Carriage House Long Panel, Wood-like dark finish, Super Poly Back Insulated, 1/4 inch white laminated glass, No hardware, and Carriage House windows style LC-595) and Eric met each and everyone of them. I had left a really good review of this company before but now Eric has lost business. I needed a window replaced in my garage, which he had done before and had a good experience. This time, terrible! The day he was coming out to give me estimate he said he would be there at a certain and I was waiting never got a heads up or anything. I reached out to him to find out when he would be by. Mind you I set appointments up around my schedule. I work, kids in school, and kids in sports, so when i set up the appointment it was trying to have him come out around that. Him not letting me he was running late was bad customer service! He came out measured my window but never followed through with updating me when he would be back out to replace the window. I had to keep reaching out seeing if he ordered the window, when he would be out. A customer should never have to follow up with a company with this kind of information. To top it off I finally asked one more time when he would be able to come out and he totally ignored me text. Eric, people do see when you've read the texts by the way. To sum this up, I believe my job was too much of a small job for him to be bothered with and all he had to say that he wouldn't be able to do it so I could have moved on. If anything does happen with my garage I would not use him again and will let neighbors, family, and friends know of his bad customer service. Independent businesses need to do better if they want to stay in business. read more
