Food update: DO NOT order the fajitas -- very little meat and all greasy vegetables. Not worth it. This time we ordered from the grill section: * Outside skirt steak * Sausage * Grilled chicken 100% the only way to go. Way better quality and flavor. Atmosphere: classic sand-covered floor with a great bar. Pro tip: If you like authentic margaritas, ask for no azúcar / no agave. Bottom line: Stick to the grill items and apps -- that's where this place shines.

There are a couple seats facing the main square and probably 12 seats inside. Typical on the island, the service is extremely laid back. There was one waiter running his bum off, taking orders, delivering food, etc. Our Spanish is beginner level but he understood some English as well and took our order in an IPad type of device. We ordered two tortillas (fluffy frittata with potatoes), a side of refried beans and coffee. He also gave us a little cart of pico de gallo, habernero oil and a thousand island type sauce. Everything was so delicious and inspirational. So far, the best breakfast for the value we've had on the island.
