The certainly lived up to the hype. I rented a Chrysler 300 stretch limousine to take a group of four of us to dinner for my husband's 60th birthday. The booking process, pricing, ​and confirmation were​ wonderful; easy and affordable with great follow up. The driver arrived just before​ the pickup time and checked in with me. Our driver Ahmed (Z) was polite and wished my husband a happy birthday. He had all of the details and locations to pick up our friends and to take us to dinner. He was patiently waiting for us when we finished dinner and was cheerful and pleasant, thanking us when he dropped us off at home. The car itself was clean, the ice, bottled water, ​and glasses were all well​ stocked. It was the perfect way to enjoy a trip to dinner without the hassle of traffic or worrying about drinking and driving. He was absolutely pleasant & gave a GREAT price. He called 30 mins prior to arrival We were greeted like royalty, the car was clean inside and out & the wine chilled! and served to us!!!! At the last minute we decided that we wanted to check out the town & w/o hesitation he said ok for pennies more. We arrived on time we were slightly delayed he had no problem with that. He seemed cheerful & happy to see us. He was even nice enough to take a friend to her car as she had parked quite far from the center. He chose not to move until she was in her car safely & her car was in motion before he left "INCREDIBLE" then he took us to our destination again wonderful conversation & laughter the whole ride. We were travelling on a long trip and coming back thru Orlando airport; not my favotite landing…read morespot- especially after 40 hours of flying, sitting, layovers and wondering about delayed connections and what we'd find at home after a 17 day journey. Not to worry. I'd seen a review for 863 Enterprise and made arrangements to pick us up so far in advance, I worried they wouldn't remember us. Not to worry. Despite spotty cell service, the 13 hour time difference and the late arrival, Zack was there waiting! And he checked in via text along the way to let us know he had it covered. A real help when so much else is beyond our control. In fact I'd like to suggest a logo for him... 'Not to Worry Transfers!' I don't know how he did it but even I-4 traffic was tame and we made it to Lakeland in about an hour. If you travel, or if you have a fab trip planned, or even if you want to go to a nice restaurant or event in Tampa, Orlando, or even farther afield from Polk, Zack's your man! He even solved our inscrutable dilemma of leaving out of Tampa and returning to Orlando! There's plenty to worry about when travelling today. It's a comfort to know the airport trasnsfer bit isn't one of them.

Our driver was absolutely wonderful--he not only got us to the cruise port safely but also took the time to explain exactly where to go and what to expect for pickup after our cruise. When our flight was delayed after disembarking and we unexpectedly needed to stay at a hotel, he went above and beyond. He offered to pick us up and take us to the airport free of charge just to make sure the kids got there safely. That kind of kindness and care is so rare these days.
