I have been going to ETC for a few months now under Dr Tony's care and I really can't say enough great things about him and his staff. Let me first start off by saying how much the entire team is warm and welcoming from the very moment you walk in to the moment you leave the office. Everyone is genuinely caring. As a person who's been struggling with chronic neck and back pain for 4 years, I know for a fact I'm not the warmest of people, but not once did I ever felt judged, but rather felt compassion from this entire treatment team. When I had first started getting treatment there in February 2024, I was completely full of despair and hopelessness. I've been in and out of physical therapy for 3 years only to experience a pattern of temporary relief to only return to debilitating pain. I was given narco at the end of 2023 just to sleep 3-4 hours a night. And when the doctors I was seeing suggested surgery, I was not about to risk it by complicating things further. It was depressing. My now ex suggested I try this team out and I had my reservations. I've never even considered this treatment modality and not once was it suggested to me from my doctors. In the first 2 weeks I noticed a decrease in taking pain meds to completely narco and pain killer pills free within 3 weeks. I don't even know where to start, the education I received from my first appointment alone is enough to rate 5 stars. I have seen Dr. Tony on a slow day at his clinic, and on days where it appears super busy. He remains even keeled in nature, is gentle and let's me know what he is doing. I am usually on edge, super sensitive and generally just in pain, and he somehow manages to make me feel comfortable with whatever he is going to do. I took my 15 month old baby in today for her first time, she is always slow to warm up to people but she also appeared at ease and even happy during her adjustment! This was a big win today! Now for the real reason I am writing this review, I have been in pain for as far back as I can remember, I have chronic pain, usually have daily headaches, I get migraines on occasion and sciatica. When I started seeing Dr. Tony I felt like I was in a dream, someone actually could show me on an X-ray WHY. Why I have been in pain for so long, why my memory was the way it was, why I had headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, stiffness, swelling, this wasn't even the best part. I have suffered from monthly cramps that completely took over my life for at the least 2 days a month ! Since I was 11 years old, and just from regular adjustments for 1 month I noticed a difference. I hadn't seen Dr. Tony in about 2 months and slowly but surely, all of my problems began to return. Dr. Tony was great !! He took me in as a new patient while the Coronavirus had just started. I have hit my head and got my neck all out of line. I was starting to get headaches and have a hard time sleeping. Dr. Tony -adjusted my neck and also to my full body - so everything was back in line. He also did a full review of my spine with Xrays and explained to me why I get the pains I get in the different parts of my back from time to time. I was in a bad car accident when I was young and have seen a handful of physical therapists and chiropractors. I had honestly lost hope, after eight years of different treatments, before going to see Dr. Tony. I'm sure it sounds dramatic but coming here has changed my life.
