During our first appointment, I let her know that I've been growing out my brows for almost 6 months now. She waxed away what was necessary, plucked to precision, and even had to do some trimming (yay, they're growing!). I also sprang for some brow tint as I like to them to be a few shades darker than my hair and the tint also helps me see all the new baby blonde growth. Her services aren't inexpensive, but they are quite reasonable when you consider her top-notch expertise and the time she puts into each session. A little over 30 minutes after walking in, I sashayed out with the best set of brows I've ever had. My brows and I are looking forward to seeing Kimberly every 6 weeks or so!

She's calm, friendly and open, and I can just feel relaxed from my crazy day to day life. She keeps my brows and lashes looking amazing, and introduced me to my next obsession- microblading. Being a photographer I was constantly smudging both my mascara and eyebrow pencil (I had to fill in after an unfortunate plucking debacle in my youth) against the heat of my camera body. Kim solved both of those problems for me with the microblading and lash tint/curl and I could never go back now. I wake up looking put together and professional, and so, so happy. If you are looking for that person who will help you be the best version of yourself, Kim is your person! I would recommend her a million times over.

I've struggled with acne on and off for the past 12 years, and I had finally gotten to a point where my skin was consistently clear. The only thing bothering me was some texture and my pores. During my facial, she told me I should stop using my tretinoin because she thought it was making my pores look darker and that going off of it would help. I trusted her and actually listened to her because it seemed like she had my best interest and actually wanted to help. I am now dealing with the worst breakout of my life. It has been about a month and a half and my skin has completely changed. I have deep, painful breakouts all over my jaw, cheeks, around my mouth, etc. I have never had my skin blow up like this when I was already doing so well. I'm back on tretinoin now, which is what had gotten my skin clear in the first place, and now I'm having an absolutely horrible purge/adjustment on top of everything. I honestly just want to cry. I look at pictures of my skin from before I went here and it makes me so upset because my skin was SO GOOD. I was literally just trying to improve the appearance of my pores and ended up completely messing up my skin. And looking back, what makes me even more uncomfortable is how much she pushed her own products throughout the appointment and how much she talked about me coming back for monthly facials, which I had told her I was willing to do. At the time I didn't think anything of it but now I can't help but wonder if there was a reason she was so adamant that I stop using tretinoin. Do what you want, you're gonna do what you're gonna do, but I am genuinely begging you to not go to her if you have acne. I can't even express how devastated I am. She ruined my skin and I wish I could go back in time and SCREAM at myself to not go to her.
