The lady on the phone was super kind and sympathetic. Our tow truck driver, Fabian, was absolutely amazing. It was 3 am and he was so kind and upbeat. He definitely lifted the mood and was super helpful. My dog was with us and he was super sweet towards her and allowed her to drive back with us. He even waited outside the apartment to make sure we all made it back inside safely. Best customer service.

Going to the weekend I let him know and he and his team set me up with a quote, based on my possible options of vehicles that I was considering. He then went a step further and gave me his personal number in the event I decided to make a decision during non business hours. Sure enough, I made a 3.5hour drive to look at a potential vehicle, that was not what I originally told him, on a Sunday. Once I settled on which car I wanted the process started moving quickly. I called Alex and he stepped away from his personal time and helped me with navigating through Progressive's App to show proof of insurance. Then gave me honest advice, even though I might not wanted to hear it, in regards to the purchase of GAP insurance. I waited for months and received no meaningful support or follow-up despite reaching out multiple times. More recently, I've been trying to contact them to cancel one of my policies, and once again, they will not respond at all. This is especially frustrating because texting is offered as a communication option, yet messages are ignored when it's inconvenient for them. This lack of responsiveness is unfair and unprofessional. I do not recommend Carmen or this office.
