After that we knew we wanted to remain State Farm customers so once we started our lives over again about 2 years later and moved to Orlando we located our local agent and met with them. Susan's office was amazing. Fast Forward to a year ago and we had severe roof damage due to the hurricane and again they covered it completely within 5 days. Stephen at Susan Collins office is an amazing individual to work with. I can't speak for everyone there but he is great. I have him writing car insurance for my daughter, a small life policy for her, a large life policy for my husband and short term disability for my husband. If for any reason you need anything call Stephen he will take care of you.

I waited for months and received no meaningful support or follow-up despite reaching out multiple times. More recently, I've been trying to contact them to cancel one of my policies, and once again, they will not respond at all. This is especially frustrating because texting is offered as a communication option, yet messages are ignored when it's inconvenient for them. This lack of responsiveness is unfair and unprofessional. I do not recommend Carmen or this office.

He greeted us at the door at the appointed time. Manny was very thorough, very understanding of her situation, and was always a gentleman. I could tell he was genuinely concerned because he asked a lot of questions. At the end of the day, we wound up having to keep her existing insurance. Although Manny didn't earn a commission this day, he definitely earned my respect. He was very kind, and very generous with his time while we were there. She gave me a heads up on making sure my water heater was accessible but understood I had just moved in and wasn't a jerk about it. They lose a star because apparently my premium increased (just by a little in the grand scheme of things) after the first year and I wasn't notified until I got into a fight with my mortgage company about the escrow holdbacks. Would've been nice to get a heads up on that. As a mortgage broker I do get a lot of feedback from clients and overall my peeps are happy when they choose frontline. Insurance Agents I trust also say they are good about responding and taking care of claims.

She has been slow playing my claim and has asked for updated photos and a current state of affairs, which I provided to her. She is now denying half of my claim bc of the time that has lapsed. Mind you, I have been emailing her with updates and not once did she advise me to stop repairs due to the time frames. But instead she allowed my to have the contractors progress with the advised repairs and now she is denying my claims. I know that Frontline will see this and brush it off, but it's not right that their rep gives recommendations and then denies it. There was plenty of opportunities to have told me to stop work, yet she waited until it had already started. Maybe Frontline is a good company and Danielle is a POS. Maybe Frontline sucks ass overall. Either way, Danielle got me good. I would advise you to consider other agencies and if you are unfortunate enough to deal with Danielle, best of luck to you.....you'll need it.
