He greeted us at the door at the appointed time. Manny was very thorough, very understanding of her situation, and was always a gentleman. I could tell he was genuinely concerned because he asked a lot of questions. At the end of the day, we wound up having to keep her existing insurance. Although Manny didn't earn a commission this day, he definitely earned my respect. He was very kind, and very generous with his time while we were there. Whenever I have an inquiry regarding my insurance Wendy is always there to assist me and keeps me abreast with the status of my policies. She also responds to emails promptly within the same day, and follow through with every request. I enjoy the personalized service I receive because it's like having a one shop stop for all of my insurance policies; auto, life, etc., and when I call the agency I know that I'll be assisted by Wendy or Bria. When I used to be with other insurance companies I'd have to dial an 800 number and speak to different representatives and the level of sincerity regarding my concern wasn't nearly as effective as having one State Farm Agency you can call for all of your insurance needs. Today, I was placed in hold twice for over 10 minutes, never did talk to an "agent", my question was answered half-way via the secretary. What a joke! Their customer service is zero!
