I have left 2 text messages, I voicemail and an e-mail with the agency manager, David Ballew which fell on deaf ears. Never got a response from either person to date. They are very unprofessional and unresponsive at that branch. I have NEVER encountered a company that ignores their clients in this manner. I highly DO NOT recommend this agency. PS I also have my auto and home insurance with them, which I will be transferring to another agency.

The reasons are simple: I can speak to the same people for years (or decades, as I hear from others), they honestly advise me on what's best for me and my business, they even tell me NOT to use them in some rare cases, and they truly care. "We love our clients" is what I read on their magnet on my fridge. And every time I see that, I think "sounds corny, but they really do." I used to hate dealing with insurance companies. -------------------…read more I've had nothing but a bad experience with these people with homeowners insurance. The first agent I signed up with made several bad mistakes during the sign up process. First she gave me an incorrect quote and had to raise the quote higher than what she had originally told me. Then when I still signed up with them, she made several errors on the paperwork that I wasn't aware of which resulted in the price going up by several hundred dollars a few months into the policy. She did make things right for the year atleast and admitted her mistake. And I can say atleast she answered the phone and made time to talk to me when I called, which is more than I can say for her replacement... Denise. When it came time to renew my policy, I found that the first agent was gone and replaced by Denise. I found Denise to be difficult and impossible to work with. I felt she was unwilling to do what I asked, was consistently argumentative on the phone, and was rude. She also complained about her workload during conversations (seemingly using it as an excuse why she hadnt done what I asked) and on atleast 2 occasions, told me she was too busy to stay on the phone with me because she had another client waiting. It was for these reasons that I fired this agency after giving them more than enough 2nd chances, and switched to a different one. No idea if Denise is still there but I won't hire them again either way.
