They responded later, in the meantime another hailstorm happened with more damage. Insurance company would not change date, with more damage. For six months or so I tried to talk to the insurance company recommended, until I was finally told to call a Florida Gov Finance agency that would get insurance company to respond. When I asked Carli to help me out, they said I was "On my OWN." I told Carli agent and owner that insurance company was NOT answering any calls... again I was told they don't get involved. Maybe this NORMAL & is how all insurance companies work in Florida, I don't know? But it seems if they collect commissions for selling to different Insurance providers, you would think you'd get some type of help.
