I can't say enough positive things about my experience! We were very displeased with another…read morecompany that spent weeks delaying our close on our house. I emailed Traci Sihle at the crack of dawn, past the 11th hour and she directed me to their hotline. I dealt with Jessica and she had everything completed, delivered to our mortgage and signed within 2 hours. She was efficient, kind, and on top of it! Even called me back to explain additional things to me that I didn't understand. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

When I had a claim I was told to call the insurance carrier directly. When the claim was denied the insurance company wanted information or was going to be canceled. The broker didn't inquire why or even advocate in any way shape or form for me. This company simply gets paid to push paper and be a middle man. I removed my policy from them and signed up with a new broker who intervened on my behalf and straightened out the mess with the insurance carrier like Sihle should have done. I would not recommend Sihle as an insurance broker. My advice is to find a reputable insurance broker that cares about their clients which Sihle is not.

Two things stood out. First, he answers questions -- real ones, in writing. I sent him a long list of detailed coverage questions that most agents would have brushed off with "don't worry, you're covered." Patrick went through them point by point, and when he didn't have an answer he went to his underwriter and came back with one. He also shopped multiple carriers for both property and flood rather than defaulting to one, and gave me a full range of deductible and premium options instead of picking for me. Second, he told me what he couldn't do. On one coverage layer, he was upfront that the only market available to him wouldn't settle claims the way I needed, so he wasn't going to sell it to me. That's an agent saying no instead of offering something that looks fine on paper. I'd rather hear that once than find out at claim time. If you have a rental property and coverage questions that don't have easy answers, Patrick is worth calling.
