No. We thought that by using Brightway as an insurance broker we would experience better customer service since most large companies are now fully automated. We were sadly mistaken. After 2 years of being with Brightway, we found we did just as much work as if we were on our own. I had to follow up to ensure we received all discounts, and still got the run around with automated messages and voicemail. On the rare occasion that we were able to connect with Ryan, our Brightway representative, we always felt as though we were bothering him mid snack or something. We received a letter from our insurance carrier that we needed to reach out to Brightway as they were no longer authorized to broker for them... hmmm. We never heard from Brightway, so we found our own insurance online and cancelled Brightway after 30 min of transferring to incorrect depts, telling us we could do it online, couldn't find it, so after a big sigh, the female customer sales rep finally says she'll take care of it on her end.. Lackadaisical customer service, nothing special.

He greeted us at the door at the appointed time. Manny was very thorough, very understanding of her situation, and was always a gentleman. I could tell he was genuinely concerned because he asked a lot of questions. At the end of the day, we wound up having to keep her existing insurance. Although Manny didn't earn a commission this day, he definitely earned my respect. He was very kind, and very generous with his time while we were there. He gave her a sample quotes, from several different insurance company options that were available to him. I sincerely think him for his time.
