This place is worse than every bad review can truly capture. B A D * P E O P L E !…read more Trell is a conman. Mariella and her son Edwin are scum. Somehow information pertaining to our decedent ended up in Mariella's work purse kept at her house while she was out of office. Trell Bryant, the self proclaimed owner of this establishment was unable to piece together anything in Mariella's absence. We were told by Mariella it costs $200 to ship ashes due to special handling needed for cremated remains - I see here on the postage the actual cost was $72. Robert Bryant Fuberal home made approx $127 off of shipping ashes and couldn't even include a sympathetic card, or tissue paper. We got dusty crumpled up paper. The presentation says everything about the respect they have for the deceased and their family members. See the photo! I can't make this up! I was told last week by trell, our loved one was cremated that day and that we should have the ashes by Friday last week. Another lie! Apparently the crematorium had an "issue" delaying them over a week and I'm now supposed to believe the cremation occurred on Memorial Day Monday. This establishment tells so many lies and banks on peoples emotions distracting them from what is unfolding. I have been told by Mariella she will speak with me when I'm calm! Bish please! A loved one is dead, we haven't been given any answers, and this *funeral home* has drug the process along in a painfully unprofessional manner. We drove from Colorado to see our loved one and that was taken away from us! Zero closure and immense insensitivity provided by Robert Bryant Funeral Home. Trell's response was to laugh at me when explaining how insane this experience has been. They don't even know what a USPS tracking # is, don't trust them with the body of your loved one.

Second update: This…read moreafternoon my wife and I had a Zoom consultation offered to us complimentary. We are so grateful for the time we got to spend with Prithi over Zoom. She was very informative and made sure we understood all the information we discussed. Although we were skeptical of her company's services due to my initial interaction with secretarial staff, we do highly recommend her Zoom consultation. We will be considering using her services going forward, and so should you. Updated review: Received a call from Privi from her personal number shortly after I posted my review. She apologized and explained what happened. Privi sounded very compassionate and offered a free consultation. I will update my review again after our consultation, as after our phone call I am confident the consultation will be quite informative. Initial review on 1/5/2021: Received a call this morning from the secretary to tell me they weren't accepting new clients. Then proceeded to ask me what what service I needed. After explaining she said there would be a $125 consultation fee that would be done over Zoom. I asked if I pay that fee does that mean they would be working with me, the lady proceeded to tell me they cannot work with me. The whole conversation seems very fishy to me.

Andrea Newman served as my late father's accountant for several year. He passed away in January…read more2021. Prior to his passing, we both decided to seek a different accountant because Andrea consistently increased her fees by approximately $200-$250 each year. As noted in Kathy's review, I experienced the same issue. In 2021, Andrea charged $900. In 2022, despite the minimal work required, she charged $950. Two weeks later, I received an additional bill for $700. After receiving numerous hostile letters from her office threatening to send me to collect, I sought the advice of another accountant. That professional concluded that I had been significantly. Overcharged. I requested an itemized bill detailing the time spent on both years's tax returns, but Andrea was unable to provide one. The only documentation she supplied was a general invoice. She also claimed to have had multiple phone conversations with my father. When I requested the dates and times of those calls, she was unable to provide them. Her justification was that she. Had a sighed contract with my father. When I asked to see a copy of the contract, I was told it had been shredded. Based on these experience, I believe WR & Associates operate in an unprofessional manner. I have forwarded all correspondence with Andrea to both the Better Business Bureau (BBB).and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation DBPR). Additionally, I observed that she has relocated her office three times in the past seven years. Each time she moves, her reviews appear to be erased. This pattern is also evident when examining her Facebook reviews. In summary, my experience with Andrea Newman and WR & Associates has been extremely negative. I found her to lack both integrity and professionalism. She grossly overcharges clients and, when questioned, resorts to threats rather than providing evidence. If you value integrity, transparency, and professional, I strongly recommend avoiding this firm.
