Second update: This afternoon my wife and I had a Zoom consultation offered to us complimentary. We are so grateful for the time we got to spend with Prithi over Zoom. She was very informative and made sure we understood all the information we discussed. Although we were skeptical of her company's services due to my initial interaction with secretarial staff, we do highly recommend her Zoom consultation. We will be considering using her services going forward, and so should you. Updated review: Received a call from Privi from her personal number shortly after I posted my review. She apologized and explained what happened. Privi sounded very compassionate and offered a free consultation. I will update my review again after our consultation, as after our phone call I am confident the consultation will be quite informative. Initial review on 1/5/2021: Received a call this morning from the secretary to tell me they weren't accepting new clients. Then proceeded to ask me what what service I needed. After explaining she said there would be a $125 consultation fee that would be done over Zoom. I asked if I pay that fee does that mean they would be working with me, the lady proceeded to tell me they cannot work with me. The whole conversation seems very fishy to me. read more

I scheduled an appointment with Prithi based on her positive reviews and wish I found her years earlier! I was blown away when I walked into her office. I expected a small office, with someone sitting behind a desk, to grab my documents, type, and ask a question here and there. Instead I met a professional, who took the time to ask, understand, and address my needs. Because of this, not only did she file my 2016 taxes, she also found what I missed while filing myself in 2015. She made the corrections, and I'm due to receive more than I expected. She knows exactly what to ask and educates you. She also provided me with future advice. Thank you Prithi! I definitely recommend her and will continue to work with her in the future!! read more

I am so pleased with Prithi Daswani and her entire office! For the first time in my life, the person doing my taxes sat me down and actually asked what MY goals were and if I had any concerns. It has always been my tax guys taking my information and telling me what they had to do. (One actually belittled me when I asked a question.) Prithi did my taxes super fast, everyone was extremely friendly, and the job was done really well. I am so glad that I found her... highly recommended! read more

We've used a couple of other accountants, but weren't really impressed. Prithi was in a whole other class. Knowledgeable and thorough, got up to speed very quickly on our unique situation, and offered some good solutions. All while being very personable; she was a pleasure to work with. Her great reviews are deserved. She'll be doing our taxes and advising us on small business start up, and we feel much more relaxed with her on the team. read more

When I think of words to describe the stereotypical accountant, "intelligent", "thorough", and "hard working" would come to mind. For all of the expertise most accountants carry, "genuine", "personable", and "engaging" are not terms that I would normally associate with them. Prithi has all of these qualities and more, making one of the most tedious times of the year effortless and enjoyable. I came to Prithi with my personal taxes, unsure of how I would be received. I have some investment accounts that complicate my taxes, but even so, I wasn't sure that I had enough to warrant seeing a CPA, and I didn't want to waste her time (or my money). After meeting with Prithi, I am thankful that I chose to see a CPA, and that I was fortunate enough to find her. She knew about deductions that I hadn't found on my own, and she was thorough in her explanations to my all of my questions. Our meeting was efficient and completely personal. I enjoyed my time during my tax appointment, which is not something I ever thought I'd say. Prithi was able to turn around my tax return within a day, and has gotten me a return higher than I've ever had. She truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I am so grateful to have found her! read more

She's a ROCKSTAR! I wanted to give her at least a pair of Wonder Woman bracelets because that's what she is!!! Wonder Woman! So I am a young professional that works in the ever illustrious IT field (Yes! I was probably that fat nerdy kid in highschool that "Grew out of his skin") and now I have a Big Boy job (Btw, I am also a Navy Veteran! Yay!) that never knew what I can do with life (and money, cuz truth be told, we all like money, right?). Anyway, when I approached Prithi, she was extremely personable. At first, I had so many reservations asking for help from a complete stranger (who wouldn't, right?). But she set me at ease completely. Bottomline, Prithi knows her stuff. I wish I came to her YEARS ago!!!! I am foreseeing that I would probably do business with Prithi and her team for years to come......don't tell Prithi this, but I would probably give her and her team so much headache but I know they would always stick with me no matter what! read more

I don't have a background as an accountant/cpa. I know that yelp reviews are well known for providing reputable feedback in assisting me with my needs so I figured I would give Prithi a call based on her reviews. I was incredibly impressed by the service provided. I am really speechless on how smooth this process went. I felt as though I hit the lottery walking into her office. I was treated as a Jackpot winner and every staff member said hi. You can find cpa that is intelligent, thorough, hard working but it's rare to find an accountant that makes you feel like family. When I left her office I felt as though I was leaving a family reunion. All the people at the office were so nice and caring. Knowing that our government loves to dip their hands in other people's cookie Jar I hired a top notch CPA and she delivered. Guess what Uncle Sam ... Actually you owe me for eating my cookies. read more

BEST CPA IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE! My family and I moved to Florida from California last year and needed to find a CPA to help us with our personal and business taxes. Prithi is very knowledgeable and helpful. She understands our needs and is very detailed when it comes to answering our questions. We have used different CPAs in the past, but Prithi's professionalism and care for her customers is beyond anyone/ firm we have come across. Indeed Prithi is the best CPA ever! I can only say positive things and that I would highly recommend this office for any financial or tax related business! Prithi is extremely friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable and like a friend. She met with me for a very long time going over every single document and past tax returns. She never made me feel rushed or unimportant even though I am only an individual filer with no business and it was a moderately straightforward tax return compared to any more complex situations I'm sure she deals with regularly. She explained everything very clearly, and asked detailed follow up questions about anything that had changed from past years or might have been unclear. When finished, she took the time to answer questions and explain any differences from prior years. I received a refund and I'm very satisfied with all of the services and the outcome! Like I said, I would recommend her unequivocally! read more

Phenomenal. I just fired my accountant for a lack of service, knowledge and overall trust. The office is beautiful and very professional- there are many accountants working there. Prithi is simply remarkable! Our tax situation is pretty complicated and adding the new tax laws to the mix makes it even more complicated .. we met prithi to discuss our filing status and other nerve racking investments and she immediately put us both at ease .. did I mention she knows crypto investments also ..yeah we dabbled in that too and lost ..nevertheless she knew all about that dynamic investment and how to file it correctly . After our meeting she asked us to gather specific documents and followed up with us via email a day later 1 week later we had some questions and needed clarification and her personal tax assistant was more than helpful she was able to pull our file and answer all our questions . .. unlike most tax service locations her office is pretty impressive it's like walking through an art gallery, they even offer you an array of complementary snacks and drinks .. and all this with tax preparation services that are comparable to other tax preparation offices in the county . It's finally good to have met someone that has your back and is a breath of relief filled with honesty and integrity .. don't think twice just go meet her ! read more

I was having issues finding someone with good references to do my personal income taxes because I was going to potentially owe the IRS money for the first time. I don't know much about this subject and needed help. I looked in this website and found Prithi with all these good reviews, well I am glad I did my taxes with her. Discussed with us different ways to get the most money with our specific situation. Very personable and professional Prithi really went above and beyond to explain everything, maximize our refund, and educate us. Getting a refund instead of owning a pretty good chunk to the IRS. I would like to start off by thanking Prithi for the amazing and expedient job she did on my personal return! I was dealing with a specific type of filing that dealt with out of state withholdings due to a job transfer. Immediately upon calling to set up an appointment she was very understanding in trying to resolve whatever needed to be done. Following to meet with her, I was a little hesitant regarding the meeting thinking it would be quite a drawn out process. To my surprise, the meeting was a delight!! We sat down and started to go over every little aspect regarding my situation from "A-Z". She was very thorough even making it a point to get to know me. She was exceedingly professional with an air of ease to her that clearly showed her passion for her profession. Did I mention her office was exceptionally decorated!! A modern tastefully designed space with glass throughout. I guess you could say in a way keeping with her esthetic of transparency and keeping you informed as to any details the process would entail. I will most definitely be returning in the foreseeable future and make it a point to rave to other about the amazing experience she delivered to me!!! Prithi you rock!! Thank you again. read more

update to the review is that I HAVE received from Prithi the analysis she was working on at no charge.

All I can say after my first experience with Prithi is "WOW"! Being new to this area (with a tax deadline looming), I searched Yelp for a CPA with extra high reviews and stumbled upon this gem! After a brief phone call with Prithi in which I explained my general tax situation and asked quite a few (probably silly) questions, I knew that Prithi would be my choice. She was so reassuring on the phone - eager to hear my issues and quick to offer multiple solutions. I was so encouraged by our conversation that I also encouraged my fiancé to join for his tax needs. We met with her two days later and I was even more blown away in person. Prithi took the time to describe and consider every possible deduction, and because of her attention to detail I'm receiving more back than I ever have. Thank you for treating us like family, Prithi! We have already recommended her and would again with great confidence. read more
