Although I'm not proud about their pricing, they're very knowledgeable and give you tips. I trust them with my taxes and have recommended their services to others when they ask where I do my taxes or complain about their tax accountants. read more

Had an appointment which got changed from my original time to later. Then when I came was not greeted or acknowledged. The office was not clearly marked at to actually who was who in the building. I was put in a weird community waiting room that felt like I was waiting for a welfare appointment and had all kinds of interesting characters in it. I got that weird bad feeling that my taxes were not going to be handled very well and skipped out on the whole awkward experience. After being put aside and waiting for a very long time (I had an appt!) I left and was obsessively called by her begging me to come back. Hmmm why not treat me like a human and I would have stayed. read more
