I'm happy to share my experience with this provider. The owner was very upfront with my TV problems (I took in 2 TVs) and HONEST. There was a $45 fee to diagnose the problem, I was called and given the diagnosis, told how much each would cost to be repaired, and it was up to me to decide. I chose to repair one and the $45 was taken off my final bill. For the second, the owner was very honest and said the parts were going to be very expensive and it might not be worth the investment. I really appreciated his honesty which is something he did not have to do because it essentially lost him business. That's why I prefer to work with mom & pop shops, the dollar isn't the leading factor, they actually care about the person.
The other review from the raging customer made me laugh. Yes, they charge a $45 fee. This is understandable because they need to be paid for their time, how can you run a business and actually make a living wage if you give away your time and knowledge and do not charge anything? Secondly, not all TVs break the same way and parts do not all cost the same.
I wish people took a moment to use plain and simple logic before they bash good and harking working people. read more
