Went home and reseated it myself for $10. Other honorable mentions: 1. A $50 fee for being *10* minutes late? And you want my SSN and employment now? 2. A "savings plan" (red flag) that, for $300 a year gives 25% off all dental work. How are the prices, then? Approximately 20% higher than the median price for dental work in the area. So, pay $300 out of pocket to bring the prices back to reality. So you don't want to do a simple procedure. OK. But selling someone an engine when all they need is an oil change-- someone is going to fall for this and I find that unconscionable.

I was nervous coming here mainly due to the reviews, however there was one review that Yelp did not post for all to see that helped me choose this office. It was one written by Torre, and I agree with all she said. The office was organized, thorough and personable. Kesha, the manager, was upfront and knowledgeable regarding my insurance and also when it came time to go over the cost, she was able to explain options that I might be able to do. Taylor, the assistant was friendly and fast, especially when it came to take those xrays that usually hurt, she made it quick and painless. Michelle, the hygienst was very thorough, she explained my x-rays in detail and had taken photos of my teeth and gums and then explained to me what she was looking at, she also explained what the difference was between a deep cleaning (since I asked what that was) versus a scaling root planing. She then proceeded to explain everything she was doing to me as she was doing it. Even when it came time for the obigatory "poking the gums", now I understand why, and this helps lower my dental anxiety. Dr. Kat, was super friendly & very laid back. She also explained everything so that I could understand why I needed what I needed. All in all, I would recommend this office. It took 5 months to get back the OSHA fees and LAB fees which were fraudulently billed by the old owners. So sad that they took advantage of in-network additional billing that was not allowed. Old owners just ignored it but the new doc did the right thing! I hope this practice learns from this experience and treats patients the right way without tacky billing ideas.

Folks if a dentist will not put their prices online or fail to tell you a ballpark price then look elseware. and If a dentist cannot take a call the staff sould be saying , "Sir, the doctor is busy right now but could he/she call you back later today? It needs to be fixed and they wanted to help me out and they quoted me a price of $1900. I have a very good dental plan that covers implants so I wanted them to turn it into my insurance. They turned it into my insurance got another 500 and now I have a statement for $531 more so if you have insurance they will charge you $1000 more. They will switch the price when you have the procedure done. Please do not go here if you are one of Dr. Roach's old patients. They can't even update my address. I have not lived at the that Dr. Roach had on file in five years. I gave them my new address. They have been sending the statement there. I received an email yesterday stating my bill was past due. The office manager will sit in her corner office and is too good to speak to you. I have never seen Laura Koch in this office. The only dentist that I have seen here is Dr. Shoal Adesoji-Stokes.
