This place smells amazing from a couple of doors down, they bake the bread fresh everyday, they have a coffee machine available, one table for up to 4 people, but no bathroom and street parking is limited.

I grew up down the street from this place and since I live in Texas I relish any time I have the opportunity to get some pan dulce here.

Cakes looked fresh and after couple of minutes I decided to get the Ube Overload cake which was the perfect choice. It was so fresh and yummy. Glad I picked that one cause everyone loved it. Franz Adrian helped me with transaction and picking the cake. He was so nice and helpful. He provided an outstanding customer service. He even offered to write on the cake which was a very nice gesture. Most of the bakeries are not doing it anymore. He had a smile on his face when he was helping me which made the experience more pleasant. This bakery was very clean and shelves were full. They had a variety of bread, pastries. The only complaint I have is the parking. Sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot in this shopping center. Other than the parking everything was perfect and five stars.

The location is about 6 miles away and honestly not the easiest spot to drive to or find parking--so delivery felt like a good move. I was especially excited to try the corned beef pandesal, but... it was lowkey tragic. The presentation wasn't appetizing at all, and the flavor just didn't hit. Definitely a letdown. On the bright side, the ube brazo is a great choice - it's my favorite and it absolutely delivered. Soft, creamy, and worth it every time. The palabok was just okay. It didn't really remind me of the one I grew up eating at Red Ribbon in the Philippines--missing that nostalgic flavor. Total came out to almost $50, which felt a bit steep for what I got. Next time, I'm sticking to my fave brazo and not getting experimental.
