I called Saturday hoping for a same-day appointment for my daughter, and we got really lucky because he had a last-minute cancellation. I told him the look she was going for, and he asked us to bring in an inspiration photo. From the moment we arrived, Rubén was so friendly and welcoming. We showed him the picture, and he took the time to ask questions while also answering all of ours throughout the entire process. This was my daughter's very first time dyeing her hair, so naturally we had a lot of questions, but Rubén was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He never hesitated to explain anything and made us feel completely comfortable. He even offered us drinks and chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch! The entire experience was amazing, and his personality made it even better. The final result was absolutely beautiful, my daughter's hair color came out gorgeous, and her haircut looked so good too. She is absolutely in love with her hair! What really stood out to me was how, at the end of the appointment, he took extra time to go over proper hair care with my daughter. He made sure she understood how to maintain her hair and patiently answered all of her questions. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend Rubén!
