Overall it was not the best experience. Edit: owner did refund about 40% of one of the massages which was much appreciated. We understand that things happen and we do appreciate the company taking ownership of the issues. The outlets in our Airbnb were working. We had lamps on in the room and chargers. No one ever asked us about an outlet.
