Keelin was able to modify anything I needed and get me a great workout! I felt safe because, as a Physical Therapist, her expertise is in form and moving your body correctly and safely. I've been to too many classes where people tell you to do things that don't utilize proper alignment/motion in their exercises. Moreover, everything is personalized for YOUR BODY. They will work with anyone at any level. My experience is that it is a very safe, inclusive space. I didn't feel uncomfortable or like I needed to be in shape before I went to the place to get in shape! The studio is beautiful and small. Classes will never be 20-30 people; I would guess 7-10 would be the max. I love it! There's a really sweet space to get water, make tea, etc. They have all the equipment needed, so you don't have to schlep it from home. Overall great vibe, nice people, no judgment, and safe and fun workouts. Highly recommended!

I love, Love, LOVE this gifted healing woman!…read more Her practice should be called "Mountain Miracle Clinic"! I had hurt myself in Crossfit. I know I am not alone here. However, it resulted in a serious knee injury that later required surgery. I had a very difficult recovery. The latest surgery was the second I had on my right knee. I was unable to walk for months. I used a cane for months. It was the absolute worst. I could not walk. I could not climb stairs without significant pain. I was at the end of my rope. I was going to physical therapy three times a week. Still no results... But then... While on business in the Boulder area. I met Tyler and her healing gifts. I had a total of three treatments from her. I was skeptical at first, but I felt much better after the first treatment. I then came in for my second treatment and I noticed I was using my cane less. By the third treatment, although I still had pain I was soon able to climb a stair. Ok, I know what you are thinking: you climbed a stair... big whoop... Well Chata! You have to understand, I could not support myself without assistance. My swelling was substantially less and the resulting pain was reduced by at least half. Tyler had a monumental impact on my healing. I wish that I could go to her more regularly but I live in Phoenix. I offered her a ticket out here but she kindly declined. I would recommend Tyler to everyone I know. Do yourself a favor! Go see Tyler!

After cervical spine fusion surgery, PT of Boulder was recommended by my doctor. I was pleased by…read moretheir approach to healing through strengthening and improving flexibility and balance. I was shown exercises within my allowed weight and movement limits which progressed each week as I got stronger. It is not just massages and ice/heat therapy. I received dry needling when my muscles became chronically tight and wouldn't relax which was very helpful. Dry needling isn't painful, only slightly uncomfortable due to the very fine acupuncture needle hitting trigger points in the muscle. Once it hits that point, the muscle relaxes. It lasts for about two weeks or a month, too! The therapist determines whether the muscle(s) is a candidate for this treatment. It is up to the patient to do their exercises at home daily between appointments and they aren't too time consuming. The therapists are well trained and very helpful in developing your treatment regime, all the while checking your range of motion, strength and function as weeks go on. Robert was very pleasant and I felt safe in his care. Treatment rooms are private and clean.

I've been going to Micheal Walker, the main doctor here, for a few years now. He's great on so many…read morelevels. First, he listens. He helps you from where you are, it's not a cookie cutter approach. Second, he doesn't push supplements. That's a big one for me. It's not that I don't agree with kinesiology because I do. But when I'm going for an adjustment, I want that. I don't want to add hundreds of dollars for supplements that might not interact with others I already take. Third, he's real. He knows what he's doing and adjusts when there's new information. Fourth, he has tools-laser, decompression, etc. There's another doctor there who also seems good. I know someone who sees him. It's the intelligent and simple approach. And the staff is incredible. They welcome you, converse, I love them here.

After 4 sessions I was no better than when I first started seeing the Chiro. I was referred to Dr. Julie Barter by a friend and so I made an appointment. She adjusted me in ways I've never been adjusted before. It was the most thorough adjustment I've ever had. She even adjusted my cranial sutures. Awesome! She uses muscle testing and your meridians to let her know what's going on where and what needs to be adjusted. It was an amazing experience and an extremely valuable one. I feel aligned and functional again! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! During my second appointment with her she really helped clarify some "untruths" I've been told about a supposed health issue that I thought I had but, it turns out it's not an issue at all. She gave me some very valuable nutrition information that I've been following ever since. I'm excited because I get to eat foods I thought I'd never eat again and I'm feeling great!

No matter what time you call, the phone system will take 90 seconds to tell you that they have high call volume and suggest you use OCR MyChart or send them an email. If you decide to wait for an operator, that's another 3.5 minutes, at which point, even if you gave them the name of the person THE FACILITY told you to call, they'll direct your call: a) back to the number you called, to start all over again b) to scheduling c) "another number" for the business office that leaves you hanging for another 10 minutes before forcing you to leave a message And we probably have a simple question. I shudder to think what it's like for patients with a complicated question that requires a complicated answer, trying to get it asked and answered over a series of emails. To the doctors (or private equity people?) running the practice: chronic high call volume isn't an excuse to erect barriers to care, it's a sign that staff is likely overburdened and needs more people.
