They came to the storage unit on a Saturday, as requested by me; on time, and got the job done in less than an hour. This included cleaning out trash, dirt, debris and cobwebs in the storage unit. Figured I would wait an extra 1-2 days as he got back from vacation. Wednesday - called office and spoke with Robin - no explanation on why no estimate when promised but promised I would have it in my hands on Thursday. Thursday - no estimate. Friday - no estimate. They came out and replaced all the equipment; still no water. Not one of these monkeys tested the well pump. After going back and forth, they did cut the equipment cost by 50%, which I guess is nice, although that was not the issue. They just shrugged their shoulders and said, oh well, guess you need a real well guy. Stay away from this company at all costs.
