We decided to board him again for the weekend we were moving from Paso to SLO to avoid having him underfoot with the movers. When I picked him up on Sunday he was standing at the gate with a sad look in his eyes. He jumped into the back of the car as fast as he could and immediately began crying. He was caked in mud so we took him directly to Lemo's pet store for a bath. He cried the whole way there. I was shocked because I have never heard him cry like that before. Susan mentioned that 2 of the bigger dogs had been obsessed with our dog and they "played" a lot so I thought he must just be really tired. During his bath he cried the entire time. As the mud washed away I was sickened to see mud crusted/bloody sores all over him, along with a bite mark on his neck. Then I noticed the bottom of his paws were blistered, swollen and raw. My poor baby. When we got home, my fiancé called Susan to find out what had happened. She played dumb and said the two dogs were chasing him around and trying to bite his collar. She separated them for a bit and then let them at it again. My poor dog was bullied for 3 days and she did nothing to keep him safe. As for his paws... it was 108 in Paso that weekend and the vet said his paws were burned from running around on the hot concrete. Her response was that she has shade for the dogs. Well apparently, her little shade tarp is not sufficient. I imagine my poor dog doing anything he can to get away from the other dogs and sacrificing his poor paws in the act of trying to get away. Our poor dog has been so traumatized that for the first 3 days he was home he would startle and start barking aggressively at any small noise. I know Susan means well and would never intentionally let a dog be hurt, but it has been heartbreaking to see our dog suffer from staying at her kennel. It seems like maybe she should charge more and have fewer dogs so that she is able to manager them better. All I know is that my dog will never be left there, or at any kennel again.

Before even bringing Bella she sort of interviewed me over the phone. Wanted to know our dogs needs, current shot status and temperament. Also, ask to see proof of shots. Located close to the heart of Paso Robles its very convenient for our needs. Bella truly loves Susan and her home. I swear Bella is depressed when she doesn't go to Susan's house! Hahah Give Susan a call if you need dog daycare. She is willing to work with her customers needs. We are beyond thankful!

I also appreciated the text reminder of our appointment. They arrived on time and were great with our dog. She had a lot of undercoat fluff stuck in her coat and over grown nails after taking a bit of a back seat while some of her animal siblings were sick over the last two years and it just seems like as she ages she is matting more and not shedding her fur as easily. Our girl came out of their trailer smelling and looking good, and looked a lot thinner with all the extra fluff removed. Jade also made sure we knew about a broken nail and a foxtail that we hadn't realized was there :( I feel terrible we missed it but I'm so thankful she let us know! Our pup seemed happy and so are we! I'll definitely be setting up a recurring service for our old lady.

Let me start by saying, my dog has been asked to leave by groomers and daycare. She's particular…read moreabout her friends with 2 legs and 4 legs. I tell people she just needs patience, and someone with dog experience. I had an out of town meeting for 5 days and I didn't want to leave her at home because if something went wrong I was an 8 hour drive away. I needed to board her for 2 nights because I was able to keep her at the resort the remaining days. I looked online and Vineyard was near town but definitely "in the country" if that makes sense. I had to drive up a one lane dirt road yet it was about 5 miles from my event. I scheduled a tour, and we showed up early with tennis balls. You see, my pup is crazy about fetch and about tug. If you throw a tennis ball, she'll be your friend. The owner was definitely a dog person, and my dog was definitely being particular, but we did the tour and then one of the woman followed us back and tried to get to know my Maisy and Maisy wasn't having it, that is until I gave the woman a tennis ball. Then Maisy was her bestie :) They don't have indoor outdoor kennels where dogs can relieve themselves outside - they do need to be taken out - there are alot of yards, and alot of dogs. They had a bone shaped swimming pool, toddler beds for the dogs to sleep in (if they aren't destructive. You can order a kong, play time, pool time on top of the walks and other outdoor time. If your dog is daycare ok, I think that is part of the boarding experience. Mine isn't so she had 1-1 time with one of the guys who wore her out playing catch. She also got to go swimming. The price was really reasonable and 100% recommend this boarding kennel because my Maisy was happy to see me when I picked her up, but from the pictures they sent, she also had a great time at the kennels.

Adrianne took such good care and patience with my dogs. In addition, she did such an awesome job with the Grooming. I am so grateful to find such a professional and caring Groomer in the area. I love the fact that she doesn't cram her space with a whole bunch of dogs which I've had experienced within the past and then it traumatize my dogs. She leaves space between appointments and make sure your dogs are well taking care of. Thank you so much Adrianne and your partner as well as your cute little Doxies. My dog Tito really liked one of your dogs so much I was surprised. I think it helped him feel calm too. I have senior dogs so I'm very particular about who even takes care of them at all. I definitely trust this establishment and their professionalism. I wanted to add as well that my dog Phoebe has always had struggles with groomers and gets super stressed out, and sometimes they're only able to partially groom her. Adrianne was able to groom her completely and so I am extremely impressed. Phoebe was also happy when she left.

I have a 22lb and a 65lb F1 Golden Doodles and they love coming here. The shop is quiet and calm as she only works on one family's dog at a time. That means your dog(s) are not waiting around in a kennel with a lot of noise and barking. I brought both of mine in today and the one that was not being worked on was allowed to walk around and relax. She listened to what I wanted as far as how I wanted them cut...and they both came out perfect. It is not easy finding a groomer that not only is willing to work on a standard Doodle but actually likes it! The prices are more then fair, her shop is very clean and she is an obvious dog lover!

She shopped and stocked the fridge, and did other requested tasks to get it ready. Without asking, she even put beautiful fresh flowers around the house. While we were in town, she was available for anything we needed, as well as closing the house after we left. She was very accommodating and easy to work with. The message usually says which days of that week they'll be working, which doesn't actually matter because if you leave a message with the requested information - your name, pet's name, phone number. They do not call back. I'm talking days, even weeks of not returning calls. I've left two messages now with no response. Then I had my husband call from work and he got a live person. Here is the conversation verbatim. Him: I'm calling to schedule one or both of my dogs for a grooming appointment. Owner: What's your last name Hon? Him: Katona, with a K Owner: For Sharky? Him: Yes Owner: Unfortunately we are booked and have no openings right now. Him: Can I call back in a few days? Owner: We are solidly booked for over a month. It says here you are only available on Saturdays. Him: No, we can bring the dogs any day of the week. Owner: Well, I'll put you on the list to call if anyone cancels, but my advice is you take him somewhere else if you need him groomed anytime soon. Him: Put me on the list ​please. Owner: Okay, I'll put you on the list but I would get him done somewhere else if you need him done soon. Bye. This seems entirely too juvenile to be true, but it seems as though we have been blacklisted. We've only ever had to miss one appointment! I guess that was enough. I'm thinking they must have been screening my phone number because regardless of when I​ call, they wouldn't answer. I left voicemails they did not return. Not even to let me know they were booked. My husband calls from a different phone number and gets right through. She was nice to him until she pulled out our card and all of a​ sudden it's "find a new groomer." Such a bad business model. At least be honest. Have a cancellation policy posted. Be up front. If you ever have to cancel, you will forfeit your right to later appointments. Whatever it is. So, in short, I​ would not recommend​​ this groomer. The cuts are fairly good but not at all worth the hassle of dealing with the staff. I'd advise that you keep looking for another groomer, which is apparently something I'll be doing now as well.

The experience was a "zero" out of 5. He became infected; I sent in videos of him limping, he was improperly treated. I had to bring him to the Emergency Vet ($$$) as they didn't wrap it (they thought they did, but didn't, couldn't recall if they did stitches/did/didn't?... just a misfire of care all round). The truth is, they botched Tucker's foot, he was in a lot of pain/infected, and they did not own it, feel sorry, or anything. I have switched to amazing new vets since. It's too bad as front office staff, office manager and Dr. S are great. The dew claw dr was nice too, but the result was painfully bad.

After a half an hour I checked on my appt and finally got to see the vet. My cat needed bloodwork done so I waited in the office to find out results. after an hour and 30 min I checked to see what they were and was then told they were not done in the office. There was a total lack of information given to me at the time of the exam. I am so sad to see the office run this way. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have noticed slowly the changes in staff to be not as caring.
