With a little wheeling & dealing - we were happy with our deal. Clumsy and extended check-out was an irritation, but no real issue as we had already invested so much time in finding the right deal for us. We soon realized they had charged us twice for the phone. WTF. We've been in contact several times and there are vague notes of their error and assurances that they will refund the money - but this has stretched into a month plus ordeal. Just return the money! You've admitted it is your mistake.

Not only were the two guys who were working here super chill and helpful-they fixed my computer,…read moreopened it up, explained what was wrong, gave me appropriate estimations of how long it would take to fix the problems with my MacBook Pro-but they then fixed my computer in less than one hour for a good price (around 70 euros with parts). These guys are very good and honest. They speak good english and they fixed my mac for a fraction…read moreof what other shops quoted me. My trackpad wasn't working properly. A couple of shops (including betterworxs which by the way I found very unfriendly) quoted me 170 Euros to change the trackpad and they would keep my mac for a week. These guys opened the mac straight away, cleaned the trackpad and my mac is now working perfectly. I gave them 10 Euros for their time and their honesty. I would strongly recommend them. Not always easy to find honest guys. Max
