Making the appt was very easy that I was able to schedule an appt within an hour of my accident. When I arrived, I was greeted by the receptionist. She was very professional, no complaints at all. The nurse assistant was very pleasant as well. Took my vitals and gingerly cleaned my opened wound and said I was overdue for a tetenus. Nurse practitioner came in and she was very pleasant from the get-go. As she was stitching me up, we had similar funny stories to share that we both laughed and it really made time go fast and she did a really nice job. Another nurse assistant came in and gave me my tetanus shot and he, too, was pleasant and professional. I didn't really have to wait long to see the nurse assistant and then the nurse practitioner. I was probably there about 45-60 min in total, pretty fast considering they had to take my vitals, stitch me up and then give me the tetanus shot. I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone I met was very professional, kind, caring and most of all, my wait time was very minimal. Everything went smoothly which you would think would be the opposite on Friday the 13th (superstitious day). I *highly* recommend this facility. I can't tell you how many appointments I've been on my way to only to see a last-minute MyHealthOnline message from them that they changed it due to clinic changes in their own schedule. They reschedule without talking to you to see if you are even available. I'm at my wits end with this department.

was never a fan of pamf going back to my medical assistant days. redwood clinic was much better. 40…read moreyears later i found myself with a choice between sutter and kaiser...no way was i going with kaiser. i find pamf to be hit or miss. my pcp seems pretty good (dr stephanie wong, the family doc)...and i like the full service old fashioned "clinic" services (lab and xray on site with walk in available, better than lapcorps or quest). the two cardiologists are see (dr bhambani and dr brondt) are absolute gold - highly recommend them. the docs i've seen at urgent care also very good... then there's the not so good. pt was atrocious - sees you in an open gym-like space, appointments not available for weeks on end (my knee got better before i could see them) and very bad communication (i was supposed to come in shorts, but no one told me that). the sleep "doctor" (an osteopath not an md) fan mo was horrible. didn't listen. ultimately her position was 'you're fat and old' and had nothing to offer me except YOUTUBE videos for cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. In addition, the psychiatry department is discriminating based on fradulent letters sent by fraudulent names for the same reason (the patient is aware of the hacking; the hacker appears to have sent fraudulent letters using fraudulent names to prevent discovery of their hacking) and refusing to provide a new psychiatrist for a super responsible patient of 30 plus years who has been seen in the department for several years previously. I will take down my letters when Sutter responds appropriately to this discrimination and assigns a new psychiatrist for me to see. Thank you for your help! I just want to note that I've had excellent experiences in many other departments at PAMF and would give 5 stars if not for this policy violation of dismissing an existing patient without offering a new psychiatrist that has been going on for nearly a year in Psychiatry.

Prescribed 2 medications . The meds were amazing and eliminated 75% of the throbbing pain. What i noticed, was everyone is so friendly and pleasant to talk to. They speak slow and clear and very patient and polite. There is a nice garden on the first level. I think i have to visit all the departments. Since i haven't seen a doctor after my PCP retired last year. So hard to find a doctor who will accept new patients. I definitely recommend Sutter Health in Mountain View. I was assigned to Sunnyvale for my new PCP. Was told it is just as nice there, just smaller. So if you need urgent care, check out this location

They offered to have a nurse run some tests, which was a bit concerning enough for them to have a provider see me. When I saw them, the doctor was very concerned with my symptoms especially after they learned that I had a bad lung infection last year that sent me to the hospital. They ended up checking vitals and breathing patterns and later recommended a few antibiotics and a couple of new inhalers to help and told me that if things don't get better, to make sure to come back. The whole process from start to finish wasn't too long, but I was told the place was closed because of some weird scheduling thing? Overall, I'm happy with my visit tonight. I'm also glad my insurance was able to cover my visit as well. All the staff here were very helpful and kind and got me out the door in a small amount of time. I work in the a pediatrics department and already knew the kiddos walking in with pneumonia, Nora virus, flu A and B, strep and many others. Just another bug. Made an urgent care appointment and NP, Nathan Randall was the sweetest. I told him during Christmas I got hit with another viral infection and went to another Carbon location which was not friendly to me. Didn't swab me or look in my mouth or nose and just prescribed me meds. Mr. Nathan did all the right things to figure out what's causing me all this discomfort. Said my throat was filled with cobblestones. Nasal drip got my throat inflamed and recommended me to take a cough suppressant, nasal spray and lozenges plus antihistamine. He listened to me and gave me relief. In 7 days was a very important event my daughter has so it was crucial I get better. I thank him so much.

Sadly, they were out of stock of the TB tests and set up an appointment for me with the Santa Clara location. First off, the parking at this Santa Clara Carbon Health was absolutely atrocious. There were blockades everywhere and very limited parking, so it was like trying to find parking at a big name concert or at the Tesla Fremont factory. Then, there were firefighters and paramedics at the front of the Carbon Health urgent care center. Despite no EMS workers entering the building, this event prompted the receptionist to leave towards the back to find out who it was and be looking out the window. Then when it was my turn and I explained I had an appointment and a service order for a TB test and drug screening that was transferred here from Market Park and showed the ePassport, the receptionist wanted to charge me $140! Even though the company had made the service order and paid for it already! I explained again in case she had missed what I said. She requested I email her the ePassport so she could print it. The instructions did not mention printing anything. And, I've never had this issue that a company needed it printed before even doing a drug test 6 years ago when technology was different. Then apparently, it needs to be in PDF format so I emailed it again, but the receptionist had up and left to figure out who was going to the hospital... as if any EMS responders were present and asking her! It was a chaotic and unprofessional environment. I walked out and made an appointment with a different location from either of these previously mentioned. It's a good thing San Jose has options and is not too small of a town!
